2 Welcome Contents Coming soon Welcome to the 2012 brochure. We ve put together a complete list of our stock and bespoke garments for promotional, corporate, sports, work and school wear and so this year s brochure is bigger and better than ever. As a leading supplier we re continuing to offer an evolving garment range in an array of colours, all produced with the usual high quality standards and service we offer at Papini. New Website Over the last year we ve been busy. Really busy. We ve redesigned our website and we ve been able to add some exciting new features. Now orders can be made directly through your online account. You can also view previous online orders and keep a record of all the bespoke artwork we have created for you. All your designs will be in a format that you can either print a copy from or on to your customer. Stock Garments We know sometimes you need things right away and you still want choice. So we ve been expanding our range of stock garments and we re not done yet. We ve already added seven new hoodie colours and there are two more coming in Spring Add that to the new Elite Polos and those planned for 2012 and we re now offering our widest ever range of stock items with next day delivery from our warehouse in Yorkshire. What s more if there is a colour or garment you think we are missing, drop us a line. We re always listening to our customers and all your feedback helps us deliver an even better service. Papini Bespoke We are very proud of our bespoke range, and this year, following the success of our Design It Yourself Polo service we are introducing Papini DIY Hoodies. To get the hoodie you want, simply choose from an everexpanding selection of colours. Papini DIY service is available for a minimum of 150 pieces for 210g polos and 200 pieces for hoodies. It s as easy as 1, 2, 3. Over recent years we have worked with a Formula 1 team, major retail/ electronic companies, plus both Twickenham and Aviva Stadiums. With Papini s Bespoke range you select the garments, the colours, the logos and you approve it all whilst working with our dedicated design team. So whether it s a unique design, a company colour or branding, we ll make it happen with minimum fuss. See page 4 for more information. If you have products that need photographing, cutting out, or even retouching for a brochure or website, then Papini Studio are here to do it speedily and inexpensively. Here are a few examples of bespoke designs. Sometimes you may want garments made to your own specifications, with your own branding, colours and styles. So our Bespoke Design Service has been set up with this in mind. Simply; 1. Tell us the garment/style and colours you want. 2. Step three just mix the two together Now you know which style and what colours, just give us a call and we ll do the rest. We can even send you an image of your shirt in your chosen colours. 18 NEW Papini website Additional information To accompany the new range of colours and designs for this year we ve updated our website. It s bigger, faster, and you can order all our garments online so you can now order 24 hours a day giving you more time to spend with your customers and embroidery. We ve also introduced a new search function which allows you to search by colour or style. What s more, all the product images have been enhanced so that you can zoom in to see all the detail that make Papini products so popular. Orders sent before 4pm will be despatched the same day, either with Royal mail or our next day courier service. And of course, you ll still get the personal touch with an confirmation from the sales team, not an automated . Once you have registered an account, any bespoke artwork done by the design team will be stored for you to or print, gradually building your own bespoke artwork library for you to use as and when you want. Testing All garments are produced to British Standards and are tested regularly for pilling, shrinkage and colour fastness. Papini products perform perfectly when embroidered, printed or personally embellished. We are happy to supply test results on request. Garment Care To prolong the life of your Papini product we advise that you turn the garment inside out when washing, do not tumble dry and iron on the reverse on a cool setting. Ethical Statement It is Papini s policy to protect and promote the health, safety and welfare of all personnel involved in producing our products worldwide. Our customers can be assured that all our factories are fully compliant on all health, safety, child and labour regulations and comply with ISO 2002 legislation. All garments are tested to recognised British standards as we continue to reinforce our ethical responsibility as a company. Colour Representation We spend a large amount of time trying to ensure the colour representation is correct. However due to printing processes colours in the brochure and promotional leaflets & flyers may vary and should only be used as a guide. Returns Policy Any discrepancies must be notified within seven days either by phone, fax or . As a customer you may have a reason for goods to be returned to Papini.
