2 1 Business Casual Attire for Women Monday - Friday Slacks/Pants Slacks and pants should have a length at or below the ankle. No extreme low-rider slacks Crops/Capris must be at least mid-calf and of a dressy nature. (No strings, side pockets or skin-tight, form fitting styles) No jeans or denim of any color (except on Jeans Days); no leather, lycra/spandex, leggings No cargo pants No shorts Dresses/skirts: Short, tight skirts or dresses that ride above mid-thigh (standing or sitting) are inappropriate No mini-skirts, culottes or skorts All sun dresses and dresses with spaghetti straps, bare shoulders or backs must be worn with a jacket or sweater Sleeveless styles that extend to the edge of the shoulder are acceptable without additional cover No denim (dresses, skirts, jackets or jumpers) except on Jeans Days

3 2 Business Casual Attire for Women Monday - Friday Blouses/shirts/tops: No sheer or see-through apparel or overly revealing styles Blouses and tops should be long enough to cover the body during general movement; lower midriff/torso should be covered at all times No halters or bra tops No overly tight shirts Tops with spaghetti straps or bare shoulders must be worn with a jacket or sweater Sleeveless tops that extend to the edge of the shoulder are acceptable without additional cover No shirts with large lettering or slogans No denim shirts except on Jeans days Lower midriff/torso should be covered at all times. Undergarments should not be visible during general movement (walking, sitting, bending, reaching) Shoes: Athletic shoes, tennis shoes, flip-flops, casual sandals, hiking boots and Crocs are not appropriate for the office at any time (including Jeans Days) Open-toed dress sandals or dress boots are acceptable

4 3 Business Casual Attire for Men Monday - Friday Slacks/Pants: Dress pants, khakis and chinos are acceptable No cargo pants or shorts No low-rider pants; undergarments should not be visible during normal movement No sweat pants, fleece or athletic warm up pants Belts must be worn on pants with belt loops No jeans, jeans style or denim of any color (except on Jeans Days); no leather or spandex Shirts/tops: Sport coats, dress shirts, collared knit golf shirts and sweaters are acceptable Shirts must be tucked in No t-shirts, unless worn under a sweater or collared shirt No sweat shirts, hoodies, workout attire, tank tops, sleeveless or muscle shirts No shirts with large lettering, logos or slogans (e.g., team jerseys) or overly tight shirts No denim shirts (except on Jeans Days) Shoes: Leather dress shoes, loafers or other styles of casual leather shoes are acceptable for business casual and Jeans Day attire Athletic shoes, tennis shoes, flip-flops, casual sandals, hiking boots and Crocs are not appropriate for the office at any time (including Jeans Days)

5 4 Approved Jeans Days Appropriate Business Casual attire replacing slacks with jeans. Inappropriate Jeans with holes or rips, tennis shoes, flip flops, hiking boots, sweatshirts and t-shirts.

6 Never Allowed Ripped jeans, spaghetti straps without a cover up, logo or graphic t-shirts, sweat/gym pants, sweatshirts, flip flops, athletic shoes, crocs, hiking or construction boots, hats, gladiator and t-strap sandals, short skirts, and stiletto heels 5

7 6 Dress Code Exceptions and Grooming Guidelines Dress Code Exceptions: There may be times when exceptions to the dress code are permitted Volunteer T-shirts are permitted when participating in a company sponsored volunteer event when advised it s permissible When notified via of a sports themed jeans day, team jerseys, t-shirts and sweatshirts are permissible Grooming Guidelines: In addition to appropriate attire, good grooming and cleanliness are expected Wearing of facial jewelry (eyebrow rings, nose rings, etc) is generally discouraged Tattoos should be appropriately covered as much as possible. Accessories, make-up and fingernails should not be excessive in nature
