13 What are the minimum quantities for a custom uniform order? For new customers, a 12 piece minimum is required for orders and 12 pieces for all other items. For existing customers, we offer fill in orders with no minimums and without a surcharge. What are the steps involved in getting a custom uniform order started? Step 1 - Choose a Uniform Design choose the style, color, and features desired for your custom athletic uniform. Your sales rep can help you through the process or just call hello@hoxuniforms.com to contact to our a rep Step 2 - Submit any artwork or logos specific to your custom uniform. Step 3 - Submit a completed player roster with sizes an d jersey numbers and sizes. Your sales rep can help you through this step. Click here to get a size and number form. Step 4 - We require a 50% down payment to begin all orders. Orders cannot be started until the this step is completed. How long will it take to receive my order? Please allow 4 weeks to receive your order once all 4 of the requirements to get a custom athletic uniform order started are met. What forms of payment are accepted? We specialize and exclusively deal in basketball uniforms, basketball warm ups, and sweat suits, and track suits. We also have a selection of coaches polos. How do your uniforms compare to other brands? Our uniforms are constructed to withstand the rigors of athletic play. They are made of the same materials used by professionals and college programs throughout the country and across many sports. -Our fabrics wick away moisture to keep the athlete cool and comfortable, and are also very tough and durable. -For names and numbers, we use sewn down tackle twill, just like the pros. -Custom logos? Just send in your logo and we ll make it. Direct embroidery or appliqué, it will come out looking sharp. What warranty is offered on your products? We guarantee to each purchaser of custom uniforms listed in our catalog that it will give satisfaction when used for the purpose intended under fair treatment and ordinary conditions unless otherwise stated herein.
