2 EXISTING CHALLENGES TK MAXX 107 Ferry Rd, Southport QLD 4215 needed an energy efficient solution to bring the store up to specification, the light levels and emergency lighting standards but more importantly lowering the current power consumption and maintenance. The lighting levels were not up to TK MAXX standard and the lighting system was out of date. We were instructed not to disturb business, meaning our installers worked through the night installing the product and leaving the site as if no work had taken place. The site was completed over three nights. CONSULTATION Initial meeting was conducted with management, Fran and I discussed the lighting requirements and SLS solutions to improve light levels and energy savings. Leveraging previous retail customers that have completed a LED upgrade further cemented our pedigree to deliver optimum results in this sector of lighting. PROCESS Site audit was completed with the assistance of the Eco Audit team. Proposal was submitted which included payback period, Co2 Reduction, energy reduction, maintenance savings and energy savings SLS recommendations included high quality LED Panels and LED downlights. SOLUTION A total of 285 LED Panels and 8 LED downlights were installed by Certified and Approved Contractor, This solution and give the site 1,000 lux and now meets TK MAXX standard.
