Entry will be refused if correct seat, straps etc are not produced. Cancellations will result in the forfeit or transfer of your deposit. Tours may be transferred to another date within the following 12 months from the date of the original booked tour date. Shop and Save Tours cannot guarantee exact departure & arrival times, all times advised are estimates. Shop and Save Tours reserves the right to refuse to carry or accommodate any passenger who they consider to be unsuitable to start or finish any tour, by way of health, who may be disruptive to the tour, or by way of rudeness to staff or fellow passengers. Shop and Save tours will not be responsible for any expenses incurred by the passenger. Shop and Save Tours takes no responsibility for any lost or stolen articles or damage to luggage whilst on tour.
