Attended site trucks will be used when necessary for those residents in need of assistance, and for handling the volume of busy locations. Using the company s Bin Location Information Program, BLIP, the Company can visualize each municipality on an interactive map that includes the placed recycling bins. In addition to tracking each location, BLIP monitors the load level in each bin. This feature significantly reduces the carbon footprint by automatically generating a roadmap with the most efficient route to those recycling bins that need to be serviced. KEY MANAGEMENT PROFILES Marc Douglas Mr. Douglas brings 31 years of experience in the textile industry including the collection of goods, ownership of multi-unit thrift locations, wholesale distribution and brokerage of goods both nationally and internationally. He is experienced in creating and running private companies, as well as taking private companies public. He holds a BS from the College of Business at Florida International University. John Ferguson Mr. Ferguson brings nearly 30 years of experience in the waste management and recycling industry. In his career, Mr. Ferguson has been responsible for management, safety, government affairs, municipal contracts, compliance, financial statements and budgets for eight solid waste and recycling divisions. He holds a BS in Management/Marketing from Maryville University. Nick Boariu Mr. Boariu brings his many years of experience in multiunit retail and franchise operations, as co-founder of two previous franchise concepts in his role as Executive Vice President and Board Member. He holds a BS in Marketing with an emphasis in Management Information Systems, from Florida State University. Marc Douglas, Jr. Mr. Douglas is an experienced franchisee in two service-based franchise systems. He is experienced in the textile recycling industry by working in the family business. Over the last decade, he has worked in all facets of the collection, retail and wholesale areas of the textile industry. He uses his experience in sales, marketing and operations to run the day to day affairs. Chad Boariu Mr. Boariu brings over 11 years of experience in the franchise industry at the franchisor level in multiple brands, and specifically, has worked closely with schools, PTA's principals and their affiliated programs to raise money for their programs in need through partnerships. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida

4 March 29, 2018 Re: City of Hollywood s Introduction of a Textile Recycling Collection Bin Program Dear Business Owner: On January 24, 2018, the City of Hollywood entered into a franchise agreement with FLSC, LLC to provide Textile Recycling Collection Bin Services for the City of Hollywood. As part of the Textile Recycling Collection Bin Program, the City Commission established a Community Endowment Trust Fund under which the City will receive a guaranteed revenue stream from FLSC and the annual revenue will be distributed to the Hollywood Police Athletic League (PAL), the Hollywood Police Explorer Program, the Homeless Family Reunification Program and the Youth Ambassador Program in accordance with Resolution No. R Furthermore, FLSC will provide the City with additional funding to be used for vouchers to be distributed to crime victims, families in need or homeless individuals in the family reunification program which may be used to purchase items at FLSC s retail store. This program is modeled after a similar program in the Town of Davie which in the past three years has already collected nearly three million pounds of textiles in their clothing bins and prevented these items from entering landfills. Our mutual goal is to implement a successful recycling program which provides a unique opportunity to be environmentally sound while aiding others in need of assistance. To that end, FLSC has identified private property locations that may serve as potential sites for the hosting of a textile recycling bin. You are receiving this letter because FLSC has an interest in utilizing your property to provide these recycling services. Any private property participation is voluntary and must be mutually agreed to by FLSC and the property owner. The Textile Recycling Collection Bin Program has an environmental component which will assist in reducing the burden on our landfills through the reuse and recycling of textiles and shoes. In addition, all bins will contain monitors to notify FLSC when they are nearing capacity. FLSC will be responsible to ensure the cleanliness of the area surrounding the bins.
