1 Press Release March 2012 Taipei IN Style in TOKYO Taiwan's newest fashion force to ignite Tokyo in March With the support of the Ministry of Economic Affairs' Bureau of Foreign Trade, the Taiwan Textile Federation (TTF) will lead a group of 10 up-and-coming fashion designer brands to the fashion capital of Asia Tokyo to participate in the roomslink05 exhibition hosted by Japanese company H.P. FRANCE from March20-23, The exhibition brings many international brands into the spotlight with the participation of over 120 brands, over 9,000 international and local professional buyers in fashion industry, and numerous trend-watching media. Aside from showcasing designer brands, roomslink05 which is renowned for promotion of up-and-coming designers will offer great exposure for Taiwanese designer brands. This will be an excellent opportunity for marketing, international cooperation, and gaining international recognition. TTF has set up Taipei IN Style in TOKYO, a joint promotion area in the exhibition, which will feature selected up-and-coming designer brands such as BOBO JANG Womenswear, Envol Avec Ning, EVE LIN, fan, JOLINWU DESIGN STUDIO, MISCHIEF, PUREDESIGN, Shi Jen, STAYREAL, and wisdom. This will be wonderful great chance for Taiwanese designer brands to showcase their fashion achievements. Taipei IN Style in TOKYO has gathered a group of designers who are passionate about their vocation, and whose line not only demonstrates their limitless creativity, but also their insistence on realizing their dreams. TTF would like to extend its most sincere invitation to buyers and members of the media to the exhibition's Taipei IN Style in TOKYO joint promotion area (booths T1 T10). Through this event, we hope not only to establish a channel of interaction between Taiwanese up-and-coming designer brands and Japanese fashion industry, but also to broaden fashion horizons, stimulate creativity, and develop business opportunities. Envol Avec Ning Designer:Mei Ning Chiu Since 2010, Envol Avec Ning has started the fashion of the dreams concept from her own diary. happily, humorous, nifty futuristic, childlike. Envol Avec Ning has being chased in our dreams, but with some fun. With the name Envol Avec Ning, we want to take everyone fly with Ning. Never to forget, you always need to keep purely yourself. EVE LIN Designer:Eve Lin The concept of the label has a regulation of both following the rules and breaking them. In each collection, the concept is affected by the surroundings of the designer and the progress growth. Eve Lin, a label creates a refreshing look that shows new aspects to mode. fan Designer:Jinruei Fan f a n was established in 2009, the designer Jinruei Fan graduated from FIT in New York in 2007, and has been worked in the fashion industry since. His signature style is that enhancing the look through eye-catching details, unique placement of seams, as well as layering and mix-and-match fabrics, all these elements are what set his works apart from others. JOLINWU DESIGN STUDIO Designer:Jo-lin Wu Dreams, Depicting Designs. Using Design to Expand Dreams. JOLINWU Design Studio does not only design clothing, but also creates individual branding for its clients. Besides its own collections, JolinWu also participates in cross-industry collaborations. She realises the story-telling garments by using the Haute Couture craftsmanship comes along the idea of street-wear and modern life style. STAYREAL Designer:No2good STAYREAL is named after STEREO and derived from the spirit of KEEP STAYING REAL. Founded in May, 2007, STAYREAL has caught the attention for its revolutionary street and light fashion designs. The company continuously presents creative and quality T-shirts that are designed with punk and rock n roll street spirits.
