COMMUNITY SPIRIT At Ashley Gamble Hair and Beauty, we believe that the salon is the heart of the community. It s a place to come together, spend time and relax. That s why we were so committed to making our salon a special place for our clients to feel at home. We wanted to bring an amazing, London-style salon to our Shropshire market town and through our elegant, high-end interiors, cutting-edge facilities and bespoke hair and beauty treatments, we believe we ve created somewhere that clients are truly excited to visit, connect and feel like the very best versions of themselves.

7 2. BEAUTY BONUS When our loyal clients talk, we listen. Many of them told us they enjoyed having a one-stop location for their hair and beauty services, all under one roof, so we decided to introduce the beauty services they were so keen to have. Beyond just adding a token nail station or starting a separate business, we fully incorporated beauty to the salon with months of research, on-brand treatment rooms and the kind of seriously skilled staff and services, including medical aesthetics, which our clients were crying out for and couldn t get elsewhere. When our loyal clients talk, we listen. 3. SPECIALIST SERVICES All of our team members are dedicated specialists, who come with their own ideas, strengths and skills. We cut or colour, so we can be a total expert in our chosen discipline, and our beauty therapists are the best in the area at what they do. This has been proven through our team award wins, including Newcomer of the Year for Olivia Nevill at the British Hairdressing Awards and more than ten finalist places for Ashley. We want to be the best at we do, so spend our time on education and at inspiring industry events, so we re always up-to-speed with the latest looks and techniques.

Salon manager Olivia is also a colour expert, as North Western winner of the L Oreal Colour Trophy Young Colourist in 2015 and the holder of a prestigious Schwarzkopf Colour Degree. More than 80% of our clients have colour and we re proud to be one of the most talked-about colour teams in the country.

We believe it s important to be pushing our creativity constantly, to stay excited and interested in our craft and the wider fashion industry, and to translate trends into wearable looks for our clients; encouraging them to be more creative and inspired by the art of hairdressing. A BRIEF EXPLANATION OF YOUR ROLE WITHIN THE LOCAL COMMUNITY We believe in actively giving back to the community that supports us, which is why we re proud to work with the local causes that matter to us and our clients. We donate prizes to numerous local schools and golf clubs, as well as supporting the work of Compton Hospice and regional fundraisers for breast cancer care and testicular cancer. The entire team recently ran a marathon on behalf of a friend of the salon, Nadia, who tragically lost her battle with cancer, leaving a small child without her mother. We did the run, as a team, to celebrate her life and earn much-needed funds for the hospice which cared for her in her final months. This important community-centred charity is purely funded by the public and receives no government funding, which is why it was so important for us to raise money and awareness.»

From the minute I walk in Ashley, Steph, Olivia, Darcy, Rory, Donna to name but a few, and of course Moo Moo the dog, are friendly and welcoming and I am made to feel more like a friend than a client. The professionalism shines through as the young and vibrant team look after me from start to finish in a way that I know I could not get anywhere else. It is not just myself that gets this wonderful individual touch. I watch and see that all the team are keen to see that everybody is happy, and make sure that the unique experience they have there is of the very highest standards throughout their visit. The modern surroundings, equipment and comfortable environment is very striking, but the way in which all the team move around the Salon with ease, doing their work with a smile on their face and a zip in their step so naturally and self-assured, is impressive. I feel as well, that I can ask any questions regarding my hair and I am given the very best advice to suit me, and I am confident to continue with their suggestions. I feel this is»

I, like every customer who visits Ashley Gamble, leaves looking and feeling fabulous, knowing that this is not just Hairdressing Salon, but a truly magical and wonderful place that leaves me absolutely delighted every single time.
