16 General Information - All apparel requests outside of the Spruce Grove Soccer Apparel Catalogue are subject to approval by Sluggo s Free Kick management and S.G.S.A. management. - All products in the Spruce Grove Soccer Apparel Catalogue are subject to availability. - Standard turn around for out of stock Saints apparel is 4-5 weeks and is dependent on the time of year. - Sluggo s Free Kick does not stock all items in the Saints Catalogue. Only popular items are stocked. Popular items are on a first come first serve basis. - Sluggo s Free Kick can provide custom initials or numbers on almost all Saints apparel. - Apparel items that are not in stock can be ordered via (zac@sluggosfreekick.ca). - Samples of select products are available. - For TEAM ORDERS, samples are made available upon request. Samples of select products are available to take to team practice or meetings. These samples are on a first come first serve basis and must be signed out and returned to Sluggo s within 5 business days. - Customized apparel (initials, names, sponsor logo) are final sale. - All products bearing the SGSA Community or SGSA Saints crest must be purchased through Sluggo s Free Kick. - Please follow all care instructions - failure to do so will void any warranty, Adidas or otherwise. - SGSA board approved TPU transfer to be used on all SGSA wear (excluding rain jacket and other resistant fabrics) effective immediately. Embroidered logos will only be featured on rain jackets, backpacks, winter jackets, knit beanie and other fabrics with water repellent or resistant tendencies. - Sluggo s Free Kick reserves the right to refuse service. - All SGSA community and SGSA Saints orders are available to be shipped - charges apply. - Sizing is the responsibility of the client.
