2 2 P a g e About The Company eff.y.bee began in the Summer of 2011 on Founder Alyssa Kuchta s bedroom floor. Inspired by her experiences in college fundraising for earthquake relief in Haiti and working at a local boutique, Kuchta discovered her passion for design, entrepreneurship, and giving back. After a summer of self-taught jewelry making and sewing fabric wrap bracelets with her mom, she launched an ecommerce site and hosted her first trunk shows on campus at the University of Delaware. Based in NYC, eff.y.bee has grown into a multi-faceted jewelry brand with a mission to inspire others to follow their bliss, as its name uniquely stands for. The handmade collection, designed with natural stones and vintage elements, is carefree, refined, and classic; subtle with a boho edge. eff.y.bee supports entrepreneurship in young women by providing Brand Ambassador and Sales Representative programs, and a sister brand Bay Lavi, that employs vulnerable populations of women in Haiti through collaborations with non-profit organizations. With every piece under $100, eff.y.bee hopes to continue supporting and inspiring women around the world to believe in themselves and the reality of their dreams. As featured on!

(details below) Talk to students and give presentations to sororities to increase brand awareness Keep an organized and updated schedule of all events happening on campus throughout the semester Provide a list of sororities and student organizations on campus and their contact info Provide a list of local boutiques that would be a good fit for our brand Drive online sales by promoting your commission tracking code Promote and process group custom bliss bracelet orders Engage in team discussions to share feedback, ideas, success tips, and any updates happening on your campus!

5 5 P a g e Host an #Instabliss party An #instabliss party is a photo-shoot trunk show you host with your friends to introduce them to eff.y.bee, take stylish photos for us to post on our website and social media, and for your friends to post onto their Instagram while tagging us to help increase exposure to their followers. All participants receive 30% off their purchase that day and will be featured on our website. You receive a free piece of jewelry for hosting it! You can host as many of these parties as you want, we require everyone to host at least 1 during their semester. Requirements: Must be a currently enrolled University student Employ creativity and sound communication skills to market eff.y.bee Be active in events, clubs, and activities on campus Love for jewelry & eff.y.bee Note: This position is not limited to the above. If you are interested in becoming more involved in projects specific to your interests include them in your cover letter! We d love to hear your ideas!
