Looking to the more business opportunities in various countries Council organize Domestic & many International event during the whole year. In continuation of all events Council have been decided to Organize The India Gemstone Week in Jaipur because of the highest hub of many Precious & Semi Precious stones manufacturing, Trading, & Exports since ancient time. There was main aim to organize the above said event to increase the more Gemstone market in the world of various countries & introduce the Buyer & Sellers during the event to find out the business relations to make the strong plat form. Concept :---. To Organize the successful event Council have been create a Concept of BSM to provide a strong platform to introduce the Buyer & Seller themselves during the event. Looking to the requirement of Buyers & Sellers Council have been arranged a high class Venue for them to make their good business terms. Council have been arranged a Venue at Hotel Fairmont, Kukas, Jaipur with all facilities for the buyers to comfort stay & A Conference hall prepared for the 36 Sellers with a 12 Sqm. each Booths with all required furniture & Electricity to display their product so that during the event they can introduce their products & make business meetings.

Approximately 80 Buyers from the 22 Countries have been invited for the said event & provide them all the facilities to stay comfortable during the event.

Total 36 Sellers from Jaipur & Mumbai with their booths have been introduced & displayed their product during the three days event. Programme before the Day 01 st :---- Early morning all the arrangements of transportation have been made to pick up the all buyers from Air Port with check- in at Hotel Fairmont & for few buyer who have check in early morning Council made a special arrangement for them who were interested to visit some Popular tourist places & after that for Seller Booths constructions have been completed during the day. A presentation have been arranged in the evening for all buyers to brief all information regarding the event & meetings schedule of all 03 days appointment with each Seller & explained them for 02 days half an hour meetings at the booth of each seller with the last 03 rd day open exhibition for them.

Choudhary have inraugated the show at AM in the presence of all Buyers, Exhibitors, GJEPC staff & other invited authorities & after that each hostess with all meeting material provided to all the Buyers to conduct the whole day meeting schedule successfully which was half an hour with each Seller up to 6.00 PM. During the event each day half an hour break for High-Tea & One hour for Lunch have been spared for all. In the evening after the event Council have arranged the Gala Dinner with Culture programme for the Buyers & Sellers to enjoy themselves.

Day 02 nd :--- 16 th April, 2018. As per running of 01 st day schedule same meeting schedule have been continued for second day up to evening 6.00 PM.

After completing the meeting schedule dinner have been arranged for all Buyers & Sellers. Day 03 rd :-- 17 th April, 2018 As per schedule of 01 st & 02 nd day last 03 rd day instead of meeting all booths have been opened like a exhibition & all the buyers were free to visit any one booth as per their requirement of their products. After completing the 03 rd schedule in the evening dinner have been arranged for Buyers & Sellers & updated buyer hotel check out schedule for the next day with all transportation facilities. All the efforts have been made with the Coordination of Committee, GJEPC Team & other all agencies to make the event successfully.
