We take your original idea, and through design and prototype stages turn your brief into a unique finished product, exclusively your own, right down to the bespoke packaging in your own corporate colours. It could be as simple as cufflinks which reflect your corporate motif or as complex as a complete collection of leather accessories based on an original theme and colour palette. Engraving silver and embossing leather A unique way to personalise a gift is to engrave or emboss a name, initials or a logo. Engraving and embossing charges can vary according to the number of items required, but for individual and small orders the following prices apply: To engrave a logo, a name or initials on silver 8 per item To set up a new logo 80 To blind or gilt emboss a logo, a name or initials on leather 5 per item To create a new logo blocking die 80

54 ORDERING Placing your order To order from the brochure just call us on and speak to one of our account executives. They will be happy to help you with all aspects of your enquiry and any questions you may have. Alternatively you can us at or fax us on Payment You can pay for your order by cheque, BACS, Visa or Mastercard. All orders under 100 must be settled by credit card. For payment by invoice our terms are 30 days from the invoice date. All prices exclude VAT. Deliveries There is a standard delivery charge of 5 to cover postage and packing for individual items within the UK. Deliveries of volume orders are subject to quotation and may vary according to the weight, destination and means of carriage. Guarantee and cancellations If for any reason you are not completely happy with your Veritas product, you may return it within 7 days and we will be happy to offer an exchange or refund. The goods must be returned in the same condition in which you received them and be accompanied by a proof of purchase. Cancellations of corporate orders are accepted if confirmed in writing within 48 hours of placing an order. Cancellations of special commissions will result in a cancellation fee of 25% of the total order value in the event that preparation work has begun.
