He suggests that the flower painting on this stand is by Joseph Wareham and the parian figure supports were modelled by Emile Jeannest. Queen Victoria's service was one of the highlights of The Great 5 of 26

7 Exhibition and comprised 116 pieces. After her purchase of the service she sent part of it as a gift of friendship to Emperor Franz Joseph.
