The surface of the lower part of caster is uneven and appears to have been repaired to take out dents. Interior of upper part of boy has a large solder mark that may have been a repair. Marks on base are clear. Marks on lid are badly rubbed but appear to be same maker as base. Caster sits reasonably square but does rock slightly.
