2 PRESENTATION A love of women, curves, lines and effects of lights have naturally brought the French designer MO to focus on fashionable jewellery and accessories, hand made in Australia from precious materials such as gold and silver leaves melted together in translucent resin. As it is unique, each piece is signed by MO. Mo Studio is located in Maianbar, NSW, Australia where all pieces are individually handcrafted with time, love and passion. 4 PRODUCTS INFORMATION Your order will be sent in an organza bag with MO Labels. Except for our limited editions which prices include boxes, you can have a box for an extra $5. Our cuffs and bangles are real one-size-fits-all. They come with the instructions for you to make them to your size very easily in 20 seconds. The choker as well can be shaped to your neckline following the instructions that we provide when you purchase. Our rings are on stainless steel adjustable bases. We offer sterling silver adjustable base option for an extra $14. The pendants come on stainless steel cable. Please contact us if you would like to have the pendant alone with a fitting for you to wear on your own chocker or necklace. The earrings are on sterling silver hook or silver plated clip-on. Please contact us for gold filled. For some collections, we also have stainless steel studs. The colours or patterns available are indicated at the end of each range. Please refer to these tables and fill in the colour option reference on your order. As each item is hand-crafted, it is unique; differences between two similar pieces cannot be considered as faults. The items of the limited editions are signed and bearing a registered number from 1 to 30. They come in a box with a certificate of authenticity. TERMS OF SALE No minimum order. We have no stock and produce to order; therefore, a period of approx 3 weeks have to be expected after full payment. The date of sending will be on the confirmation of order. 6 Janmarda Jukurrpa A rt You can Wear a joint work of Warlukurlangu Artists Aboriginal Corporation and Mo. Mo's first approach to aboriginal art was in a very chic gallery of Paris. He was touched by the intensity and the vibrations and since, could not wait to go further. This was one of the reasons for him to come to Australia ended like a fairy tale. We met our good fairy at Orange Grove market -Judi Muller, the beautiful founder of Mulapa Aboriginal Art. She simply made one of Mo's secret dream come true: to work with such inspiring Art. Using the same process of insertion of gold leaf into resin, Mo offers short series of limited editions (30 pieces of each). To start with, he chose the painting JANMARDA JUKURRPA by Sarah Napurrurla White. 45 HOW TO BUY Terms and conditions Order procedure In these terms and conditions, we us and our refers to NINA INTERNATIONAL pty ltd trade as MO RESIN registration number BN These terms and conditions are to be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of NSW and any claim made by either party against the other which in any way arises out of these terms and conditions will be heard in NSW and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of those Courts You can print the Pre-Order Form, fill it, scan it, and send it to us via or Mail. As our jewellery is hand made some minor imperfections or slight differences in colour may be noticed. These imperfections do not compromise the quality of the jewellery. Each item is unique; differences between two similar pieces cannot be considered as faults. For the same reason, you have to consider 15 working days between your payment and the day we will send your order. We strive to ensure that our products are described as accurately as possible, however we do not warrant that the description is accurate. Where we become aware of any misdescription, we reserve the right to correct any error or omission. Images have been provided for illustrative purposes only and we do not guarantee that any image will reproduce in true colour nor that any given image will reflect or portray the full design or options relating to that product.
