3 Arrival Stickers: The Joeys will get their Arrival Stickers in their Passports. Colour in: The Joeys are to colour in a picture of the Norway flag. Musical Chairs: Place out a circle of chairs, start with one for each Joey. When the music plays they must move around the circle. When the music stops they need to sit on a chair. The Leader takes 1 chair out each round. If the Joey Scout does not have a chair they are out. Rosemaling Painting: The Joeys will paint a design on a paper plate following the designs of Norwegian Rosemaling. Viking Hats: They can also create a Viking hat from strips of silver cardboard which they will staple and tape together. Wooden Shoe Obstacle Course: The Joeys will be split into teams of two. They will have to put tissue boxes wooden shoes on their feet and then make their way carefully through the obstacle course to the buckets where they will dig for a cardboard fish and bring one back to their team and tag the next Joey. The team who makes it back the quickest wins. Viking Boat Race: A Joey will get into the boat and walk quickly to the treasure at the other end of the room. They have to bring back as much treasure as they can carry and put it in their bucket, then pass the boat to the next Joey so they can go and search for treasure. Whoever gets the most treasure in their bucket wins. Departure Stickers: The Joeys will get their departure stickers in their passports. Hot Potato: The Joeys stand in a circle and pass a ball around. One Joey stands outside the circle and faces away from the circle. Suddenly he cries stop! And whoever has the ball may not pass it. If you are holding the ball you are now out and the game continues.

5 Rosemaling Paintings Rosemaling Paintings are a traditional Norweigien painting that utilises C and S shapes in the painting. They are normally plates and of a flower design. Some examples below.

6 Viking Hats Using strips of Cardboard get the Joeys to make Viking hats.
