Enter the world of Avant Garde and uncover the dynamic diversity of hair. Over two days you will discover several aspects of Avant Garde hairdressing techniques and practise the skills to create the looks. 9

Daily demonstrations will be followed by practical sessions to ensure that you leave the academy a more proficient and confident salon stylist. This course is an extension of our Three Day Advanced Course with additional time devoted to practical work, including further advanced colouring and instruction in the art of long hair styling. This teaching concept encourages an understanding of the fundamentals of hairdressing. The Sanrizz Philosophy focuses on full awareness of hair as a material and the observance of facial features. Educators will illustrate the unique Sanrizz Triangle Cutting System, a technique designed to achieve creative perfection. 10

5 DAY SPECIALIST TECHNICAL DURATION EXPERIENCE LEVEL CERTIFICATION COURSE TYPE 5 DAYS MINUMUM 5 YEARS ADVANCED SANRIZZ DIPLOMA CUT AND COLOUR Under the guidance of our Educational Director, this course has been devised for those who wish to enhance their knowledge of colour. Over the five days you will learn multiple advanced colouring techniques using the unique AH Freedom Wraps. Guided demonstrations and structured practical work sessions will include specialist foil techniques and the Sanrizz Colour Menu with over 30 original methods of application, to ensure you master an abundance of new skills. 14

1 WEEK CUTTING FOUNDATION DURATION EXPERIENCE LEVEL CERTIFICATION COURSE TYPE 1-2 WEEKS MINIMUM 3 YEARS FOUNDATION SANRIZZ DIPLOMA CUTTING This course has been designed by our team of Educators to teach you a revolutionary method of hair cutting.. The Sanrizz Classic Triangle System has proven to be the foundation of a myriad of hair cuts that will achieve creative perfection. Demonstrations and practical sessions are coupled with the theory to support and reaffirm a further understanding of this specialist technique. You will have the opportunity to work on long, mid-length and short hair applying the Long Triangle; Neo-Geo, Libby and Rebbie cutting techniques. On completion of this course you will enjoy a far more advanced level of precision cutting, coupled with an exceptional quality finish. 17
1-6 MONTHS FINISHING COURSE CUT & COLOUR DURATION EXPERIENCE LEVEL CERTIFICATION COURSE TYPE 1, 2, 3 OR 6 MONTHS MINIMUM 2 YEARS FOUNDATION SANRIZZ DIPLOMA CUT AND COLOUR Our finishing courses are available from a one to six month duration. Designed for either established hairdressers who wish to significantly enhance their skills and achieve a higher level of creative hairdressing or those stylists who have completed their apprenticeship and wish to accomplish the confidence of first class hairdressing. The course consists of educational demonstrations in all aspects of hairdressing ensuring both complete understanding and competence to achieve perfection. Those enrolling in the six month course will enjoy discovering the art of advanced cutting including the Sanrizz Triangle technique. Fashion, Fantasy and Avant Garde styling will also be studied in a demonstration and workshop format. The art of consultation. Meeting client demand. 9 MONTH DIPLOMA COURSE DURATION 9 MONTHS EXPERIENCE NONE REQUIRED LEVEL FOUNDATION CERTIFICATION SANRIZZ DIPLOMA COURSE TYPE ALL ASPECTS OF HAIRDRESSING This course offers training in all aspects of hairdressing covering theory and practical.. You will receive tutoring in the skills and foundations necessary to become an all-round professional stylist. This course ensures a thorough understanding of the basic techniques in cutting, colouring, styling, perming and barbering before progressing on to salon styling. The course is divided into three stages all of which are assessed and verified, on completion of which you will be introduced to the latest cut and styling techniques to enhance your proficiency. STAGE 1: INTERMEDIATE - WEEKS 1 TO 12 BACKWASH SYSTEM Cleansing, conditioning and massage. STYLING Blow-drying, roller setting, plaiting, finger waves, pin curls and chignons. COLOURING Semi-permanent and temporary applications. PERMING Basic winding skills and processes. CUTTING Basic one length cut, classic bob, long hair graduation, long triangle. Awareness of head, facial shape, consultation, confidence, salon etiquette, client care, hairdressing science and theory. STAGE 2: INTERMEDIATE - WEEKS 13 TO 24 STYLING Textured drying, working with a round brush, tonging, Flat-Iron techniques and drying finishes. COLOURING Root & re-growth application, working with virgin hair, whole head and bleaching. Foil work; Hi-Lites, Lo-Lites and Tri-Lites. PERMING Directional winding and processes. CUTTING Graduation on mid-length hair, Neo-Geo Bob, graduated Neo-Geo, layered Neo-Geo and low level Long Triangle. BARBERING Men s classic cut and layering techniques. STAGE 3: ADVANCED - WEEKS 25 TO 36 STYLING Natural drying. COLOURING Commercial and contemporary techniques; Graduation, Rotation, Flipside, Hidden, Metallica and Border colour. PERMING Spiral Wind, Root Perm and Double Wrap techniques and processes. CUTTING Sanrizz Triangle philosophy, Libby, Rebbi, sliced Neo-Geo, French Sweep, free hand cutting, personalising and disconnection. BARBERING Scissor over comb techniques and freehand styling. FINAL WEEK To complete the course, each student will present a collection of classic and creative cutting & colouring techniques to show variations of their own capabilities. These will be judged by members of the Sanrizz Artistic Team. Accredited Certification is available for National Vocational Qualification (NVQ). 21
SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMME Sanrizz offers an amazing opportunity to exceptional candidates to be part-sponsored throughout a nine month diploma course. This opportunity is available to hairdressing students with little or no hairdressing experience who wish to develop skills in every area of the craft. The lucky student will receive a nine month training programme which will result in certified qualifications that will enable you to work as a Graduate Stylist in one of the many Sanrizz salons.
