Dedicated head and sill to accept awning sashes with manual chain winders and Standard 30mm or alternative 44mm nailing fin jambs. We also have a double glazed 44mm nailing fin frame for those projects with double glazed fixed highlights or lowlights. Complies with AS 2047, with a high water resistance of 450Pa. Has a very low air infiltration that makes this product suitable for air conditioned buildings. Besides the standard manual chain winders, the awning sashes can be fitted with concealed electric chain winders or cam handles. Flyscreens can be fitted behind awning sashes with winders as shown below. Wrap around light sashes will accept glass up to 6.76mm thick. We also have wrap around sashes that will accept 20mm IGU's. This heavy duty sash is also suitable for full height awning sashes. Scale: not to scale As the sash is beaded it can be fitted with glass from 4mm to 20mm thick using the appropriate glazing bead.

COMMERCIAL SERIES DOUBLE GLAZED SASH AND FIXED LOWLIGHT 24mm Double glazed fixed with 20mm double glazed sash. We use a wider sash stop in the double glazed frame this allows us to run the double glazed jamb through sash and fixed area. The reason for the double glazed jamb is to accept the 24mm IGU s straight into lowlights and or highlights. We have two double glazed sashes : * 16023 & 16024 wrap around sash will accept 20mm IGU s. * 16025 & 16026 beaded sash will accept IGU s up to 20mm thick depending on the bead and roll-in wedge used. Scale: not to scale The standard sill with pocketed filler and transom adaptor. 450Pa water resistance. The double glazed unit nests neatly into transom, jambs and sill, giving a clean professional finish. Sub-sills are standard under windows. Built-in nailing fin on head, jambs and sub-sill make this window significantly more water proof and easier to install into brick veneer and cavity brick walls. Co-extruded Santoprene bulb seal. Light sashes will accept glass up to 6.76mm thick. Dedicated double glazed sashes and the beaded heavy duty sash will accept glass up to 20mm thick. Sill We have a dedicated sill section to allow the installation of awning window sashes with manual chain winders into Series 400 CentreGLAZE framing. Polesium cover and base manual chain winder comes with key locking as standard. The main feature with this winder is the corrosion resistant base and stainless steel chain. COMMERCIAL SERIES SUB SILL Important Note: The nailing fin sub-sill is standard under awning windows. Scale: FULL SIZE Nailing fin jamb will accept galvanised building-in lug, these are ideal for cavity brick wall installation. Continuous run of caulking seals the sub-sill to sill. Timber reveal Sub-sill caps sealed to nailing fin jamb on both edges and at the nailing fin location. Sub-sill capped with custom moulded nylon stop ends.
