Pizza Hut partnership Our breaking news is the new contract to develop and supply a smart uniform range for Pizza Hut staff in the UK. Food retail is an emerging sector for JSD and we are excited to be working with such a renowned brand, part of the global food giant YUM. We ve built a reputation for the bespoke hospitality staff uniforms we design and supply versatile workwear that reflects the character and style of top brands like Ascot Racecourse and the RAC Club, Arsenal and Liverpool FC and IHG Holiday Inn (opposite). Made in the UK The world famous Royal Automobile Club commissioned JSD to design a smart, fairly formal staff uniform that reflects the 120 years of luxury and tradition at its two magnificent private members clubhouses. It was evident from the very beginning that JSD had a clear understanding of the Club s heritage and ethos, says Chief Operating Officer, Daniel Pereira. Our designers met the challenge by creating a stylish wardrobe look that incorporates 28 different styles with all the bespoke items manufactured in local London factories. Award winning design We put the wearers first with a range of all weather workwear for the online supermarket Ocado. The advanced performance fabrics that our designers developed create reflective elements across every item of clothing, so the drivers can be seen in the dark. Consulting through a two-year process, we conducted tests for health and safety, visibility and resilience to washing. Result: the Ocado range won the Best Design for Workwear Award at the Professional Clothing Awards 2018. Ocado
On track As a trusted partner in the travel sector we have worked with Eurostar since 2011 in three languages and across three cultures. JSD is a strategic fit to our business, says Eurostar. That s why we have re-signed the contract for a further five years. We supply both Great Western Railways and Chiltern Railways and our work with these Train Operating Companies has also helped JSD win contracts with South Western Railway and TransPeninne Express. For exclusive Coworth Park, a Dorchester Collection hotel, we successfully developed the uniforms worn by all staff. We understand that hospitality clothing must be versatile, to suit diverse job roles and differing climates and cultures. That s why the Intercontinental Hotel Group (IHG) chose JSD. For the past 10+ years, we have designed, tested and launched new ranges for Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express dressing 18,000 IHG staff across 32 countries (right).
