Gift Vouchers, Cancellation Policy & Other Useful Information Gift Vouchers Gift vouchers are available for any treatment or value & are written out to order, so if you want to treat a friend or loved one then you can either give us a call & pay over the phone, email us on absolutebeauty.co.uk@gmail.com with details of the recipient & payment details or pop in & pick it up in person. If you d like us to post the voucher direct to the recipient, we can do this with a small charge to cover postage & a handmade card. Absolute Beauty s Cancellation Policy All appointments are made in good faith, but please understand that if you forget or cancel your appointment without giving us enough notice, we miss the chance to fill that appointment & our other clients miss the opportunity to enjoy our treatments. So, if you do need to rearrange your schedule, we will do our best to accommodate you, but we do ask for at least 24 hours notice for all cancellations. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged at 50% of the total appointment cost. Missed appointments will be charged at 100% of the total appointment cost. Late Policy If you are more than 15 minutes late for any appointment the therapist does have the right to refuse to carry out the treatment if they think a shortened treatment would not be beneficial or would compromise the integrity of their skills.
