2. WORKING INGREDIENTS Phytokeratin This plant based extract, with natural keratin, deeply penetrates the hair and restores the natural keratin structure. Color pigments Are undeveloped oxidative dyes which penetrate deeply into the cortex and are ammonia free. Organic Argan Oil Moisturizes the hair, leaving it soft and shiny. The vitamin A and E antioxidants protect the hair from external influences. Coconut extracts The uniquely mild coconut oil provides a creamy based formula conditions the hair and helps to protect the scalp from staining. 3. 4.2 So Pure Color Developer The So Pure Color Developer is a paraben free developer, enriched with a color stabilizer. It is recommended to mix the So Pure Color with the special dedicated So Pure Color Developer. This will provide the best quality and durable results. 3% - 10 volume 6% - 20 volume 9% - 30 volume Bleached or highlighted hair Same level/color darker/ 1-2 levels lift/grey coverage 2-3 levels lift The mixing ratio of So Pure Color is 1:1 with the dedicated So Pure Color Developer. Processing time is 30 minutes. For lighter coloring 40 minutes is recommended. We advise to work without any heat for a better quality results and longer durability.

4.3 So Pure Color After Color Program To stop the complete oxidation process and neutralize the hair after coloring we recommend to use the So Pure After Color Program. 5. COLOR THEORY 5.1 Primary colors The color wheel is an instrument that is constantly used when we color hair. The base is being formed by 3 primary colors: Red Yellow Blue Primary colors: Red, Yellow, Blue 5.2 Secondary colors By mixing the primary colors we will create secondary colors: Red + Yellow = Orange Red + Blue = Violet Blue + Yellow = Green Secondary color Secondary colors: Red + Yellow = Orange 5.3 Complementary colors The primary and secondary colors opposite to each other in the color wheel are the complementary colors. Complementary colors neutralize each other. Red neutralizes Green Yellow neutralizes Violet Blue neutralizes Orange Complementary colors Cool colors Warm colors 5.4 Color wheel This knowledge is constantly used when we color hair, especially when deciding on the chosen character. 6. COLOR NUMBER SYSTEM 6.1 DIVISION OF COLOR GROUPS For a better understanding of the colors on the chart, the colors are divided into different categories. Naturals Red & Mahogany Warm Brown & Blonde Cool Brown & Blonde Copper Gold Violet Ash 6.2 FIRST NUMBER The first number indicates the color level. This level is the place of a natural or synthetic color on the scale of color level. The scale is numbered 1 through 10. Number 1 is the darkest color; number 10 is the lightest color. Number 2 is omitted as the human eye can not visually see a difference from level 1 to level 2 or from level 2 to level 3. Scale of color level: 1 - Black 3 - Dark Brown 4 - Medium Brown 5 - Light Brown 6 - Dark Blonde 7 - Medium Blonde 8 - Light Blonde 9 - Very Light Blonde 10 - Lightest Blonde

6.3 SECOND NUMBER The second number indicates the primary color character. Some colors have a third number. This indicates the secondary color character. A color character is the color which predominates the reflection. 7. COLORING WITH SO PURE COLOR So Pure Color is a color which consists of undeveloped oxidative pigments, creating a permanent color. The color pigments of So Pure Color will penetrate the hair through the cuticle layer into the cortex. This complete process will happen in a processing time of 30 minutes; all the undeveloped pigments will now be developed. 7.1 Preparation Step 1: Determine natural level (scalp area) check the ends. Determine Percentage of grey. Step 2: Choose the right color for the desired results with the current color and level in mind. Step 3: Choose the right So Pure Color Developer. 3% - 10 volume Bleached or highlighted hair 6% - 20 volume Same level / Color darker/ 1-2 levels lift 9% - 30 volume 2 3 levels lift Mix So Pure Color formula 1:1 with So Pure Color developer. 7.2 Application Note: So Pure Color must be applied to dry hair Virgin hair coloring (first time coloring): Step 1: Apply the color with a color brush evenly to lengths and ends beginning 1 2 cm (0.4 0.8 inch) from the scalp, process for 10 minutes. Lighter coloring 15 minutes Step 2: Apply remaining color to the roots for an additional 30 minutes. Lighter coloring 35 minutes. Step 3: Total processing time: 40 minutes. Lighter coloring 50 minutes. Step 4: Rinse the hair with the So Pure Color After Color Program. Regrowth coloring: Step 1: Apply the color to the regrowth Step 2: If needed apply color on the ends with a low developer Step 3: Total processing time: 30 minutes. Lighter coloring 40 minutes. Step 4: Rinse the hair with the So Pure Color After Color Program.

7.3 Rinsing Add a little warm water and massage the color with the fingertips from the scalp and hair. Rinse thoroughly. Shampoo the hair with So Pure Color After Color Conditioner Professional ph 4 and condition with the So Pure Color Conditioner Professional ph4. Leave the conditioner in the hair for about 3 minutes before rinsing. This process is needed to stop the complete coloring process and close the cuticle layer. 7.4 Grey Coverage Up to 100% grey coverage will be achieved by mixing a Fashion shade with a Natural shade. With So Pure Color we recommend to work from a different base then with Tinta Color. We recommend a mixture of: 20 ml Natural Shade and 40 ml Fashion Shade + 6% Best quality of grey coverage: 30 minutes processing Enough color Clean and dry hair, if it s very oily/dirty we recommend to clarify the hair softly before coloring the hair
