Welcome to Serenity Spa For more than 30 years Aromatherapy Associates, a truly British brand, has been specialising in harnessing the natural healing powers of the finest natural ingredients, purest extracts and essential oils to include in their products and treatments. Combined with their many years of experience as therapists they have seen first hand how essential oils have effectively enhanced the state of people s physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. Their renowned and award-winning products and treatments have transformed the aromatherapy experience into something highly effective yet luxurious and exceptional.

Booking Information Any treatments or spa packages booked require a 50% deposit of the total treatment charge at the time of booking; the remaining 50% will then be charged on the day of your treatment. Please note this is a non-refundable deposit unless 24 hours notice is given for cancellation. Cancellations of spa packages must be made 7 days prior to your booking. If the notice is not given the deposit will be non-refundable. Please ensure that you arrive at the spa at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment in order to make full use of your treatment time and consultation. Arriving late may result in your treatment time being reduced. Please note: The treatment times stated also include consultation and aftercare. Body Treatments ULTIMATE AROMATHERAPY EXPERIENCE - 60 MIN/90 MIN With your chosen oil, your therapist will use carefully applied pressures to stimulate the nervous system, Swedish and neuromuscular techniques to relieve muscular tension, and lymphatic drainage to encourage healthy circulation. This treatment works from your head to your toes, it will dissolve away all of your stress and tension. It may be taken as a 60 minute or 90 minute massage ritual. In the longer treatment extra attention is given to the facial massage. This treatment releases tension held in every part of your body leaving you feeling deeply relaxed and recharged. THE ULTIMATE AROMA BACK MASSAGE - 30 MIN During this tension easing massage your therapist will use carefully applied pressures to the back, neck and shoulders helping to stimulate the nervous system while relieving muscular tension, aches and pains. NOURISHING SCALP MASSAGE (add on 15 min) - 30 MIN A nourishing hair oil is massaged into the hair and scalp as part of an Ayurvedic head massage. Working on the muscles and pressure points of the head, tension is released and a deep state of relaxation follows. INTENSIVE MUSCLE RELEASE - 30/60 MIN This deeply restorative treatment is specifically designed for tight, stressed and aching muscles. Swedish and cross muscle fibre massage techniques, with stretching and draining, are combined with essential oils known for their beneficial effects on the circulation. An intensive massage that works deep into stiff, tight aching muscles to release pain and tension. CLEAR YOUR MIND - 60/90/120 MIN Calm a stressed and confused head with are freshing yet soothing experience for body, mind and soul. A combination of a camomile and olive grain scrub to refresh legs and feet, followed by spiritually uplifting inhalation of frankincense and a traditional aromatherapy massage to target symptoms of stress. You are then treated to an Ayurvedic scalp and facial massage which works on your complete wellbeing to relieve anxiety and emotional exhaustion. Perfect for times of stress and over activity, this treatment helps the mind unwind and refocus, getting you back on track. ACHING FOOT RELAXER - 30 MIN Feet and lower legs are brushed, soaked, exfoliated. Gel and oil are massaged into the skin. Cuticles and heels are deeply nourished with natural plant oils. Signature Treatments Holistic Treatments INNER STRENGTH - 90 MIN The Inner Strength treatment is ideal for anyone experiencing their own personal trauma, or simply those needing a nurturing treatment to help draw upon their inner strength. The treatment begins with a frankincense inhalation, followed by a foot cleanse with heated mitts. A rich, deeply nourishing oil, is then applied to the palms of the hands and soles of the feet, followed by paraffin wax, renowned for its comforting properties. Terms & Conditions If you are thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, you will be refused your treatment. You must declare any surgery that has taken place in the last 12 months before your appointment, as the therapist cannot take responsibility for any injuries sustained during your treatment. If surgery has taken place in the last 12 months, your treatment may be canceled. If you suffer from any medical conditions, we advise that you consult your doctor prior to any treatments. If you suffer with any skin allergies or long term sickness which has required medical intervention, this must be disclosed to our spa therapists before booking your treatment and may result in us not being able to offer treatment.
