To request an RMA, please contact customer service. (See below) Replacement/Credit You may request a replacement or credit for your purchase within 3 days of the receipt date for either of the following two reasons: 1. We sent the wrong item and the seal is not broken. 2. The item received is defective or damaged in transit. 3. There was a shortage in shipment. All damages and/or shortages must be reported via fax or email within 3 business days. PO# must be included along with reason or description. Returns You may return your surgery equipment in its unopened, original condition for a credit less 25% restocking fee within 14 days of the order ship date. If after 14 days you discover that the item is defective after the package is opened, we will send you a replacement; please see Replacement above. Credit less 25% restocking fee will be on the item purchase price, excluding shipping, handling, or drop ship fees. In accordance with FDA regulations we cannot accept electrodes if the seal is broken. RMA is required for all returns, credits, or exchanges. We will not accept requests for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for any reason other than those listed above. To request an RMA, please contact customer service via email, website, and/or phone. The RMA assigned to your return must appear on all paper work. Returns without the assign RMA number cannot be processed.

Comes with autoclavable reusable 8pc. rigid electrode set, surgery handpiece & cord, unique "flexi-plate" dispersive pad that works through hair and fur, dispersive plate cord, owner's manual, and a 5 year warranty (unit only).
