You are a valued client and we would like you to receive optimum benefits from our service. CLIENT CARE At Renaissance we take client care seriously. Our clients being totally satisfied with our service, is of the utmost importance to us. If we can make your stay more comfortable or if a matter should arise that you are not completely happy with, please let us know and we will endeavour to rectify the situation immediately. COMPLIMENTARY DRINKS COLD DRINKS: Chilled spring water, Rblackcurrant, lemon or orange juice. HOT DRINKS: Tea, coffee, cappuccino, filter coffee, hot chocolate, earl grey and a selection of fruit teas. CANCELLATION POLICY As a courtesy to other clients, stylists and our therapists, please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or change an appointment. Please note that there is a cancellation fee of 50% if the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours and cannot be filled.
