Pregnancy Treatments Please inform us how many weeks pregnant you are on booking so that we can advise you further. Facials, hand and foot treatments are perfectly safe. If you are under twelve weeks pregnant this is classed as the delicate stage spa time and body treatments are not recommended. Not all heat facilities can be used during pregnancy. We have two half day packages for you to choose from to make your visit extra special. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time, allowing you to register at the Reception and to enjoy refreshments on arrival. Please don t forget your swimwear! We will supply you with a fluffy robe but you are very welcome to wear lounge or gym wear, or comfortable clothing that makes you feel relaxed. Please bring indoor footwear sandals, flip flops or slippers, and trainers if you intend to use the gym. When making a reservation, full payment will be required by credit or debit card. If you have gift vouchers we will need the code number on booking. If the voucher cannot be produced, alternative payment will be obligatory. Booking Please book all of your treatments when making your reservation as we cannot guarantee availability of treatments on your arrival. We reserve the right to amend, modify, alter the price of, or discontinue treatments and spa packages without prior notice to ensure that our standards of service and quality are met. We reserve the right to refuse admission. Cancellation policy We require a minimum of 14 days notice prior to your arrival date to be able to issue a refund (less a 5% administration charge for costs incurred). If you cancel within 14 days, your money will be stored on your account and must be used within two months of cancellation. Should you cancel within 48 hours of your spa day or treatment there will be no refund.
