BOOKING GUIDELINES & HELPFUL HINTS FINISHING TOUCHES Spa Days Personalised beauty day. For 35.00 per person you can enjoy full use of the Leisure facilities with lunch included; or upgrade to Full afternoon Tea for an additional 5.00 per person. Simply pre-book and pay for the treatments of your choice to create your ideal day. If the total value of selected treatments is more than 100 (excluding packages) you will receive a 10% discount on your treatment. All treatments must be taken by one person. Spa Days need to be prepaid at the time of booking and are non-refundable. All treatment times are approximate as time is allowed for preparations, consultation and relaxation. Please inform us of any medical condition you may have, including pregnancy, before making your booking. Certain medical conditions may preclude you from having some of the treatments available. Under certain circumstances we may require a doctor s note prior to carrying out your treatment. For your comfort, we suggest you arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled start of your treatment. If you are late for your treatment, the therapist may need to shorten, change or cancel your appointment. A minimum of 24 hours cancellation notice would be greatly appreciated. Missed appointments may incur a cancellation charge.
