Purifying - a deep-cleansing facial ideal for eliminating blocked pores and skin blemishes. Soothing - calms sensitive and irritated skin with soothing plant extracts and flower essences. Amala - Intensive Brightening Facial, 1 hour 30 minutes Nature s most powerful skin-brightening facial designed to leave the complexion visibly radiant and even-toned. This ultra-revitalizing treatment combines a peptide-rich gel mask to boost radiance and fight the appearance of fine lines, with high potency plant and Ayurvedic acupressure. Completed with a facial massage, nourishing mask and the application of skin brightening serums. Chinese Foot Massage, 1 hour Promote healing and overall wellbeing with this Chinese foot massage using the application of pressure on specific points on the feet. Tuina, 1 hour / 1 hour 30 minutes Balance the body and mind with a traditional Chinese acupressure massage which stimulates the movement of energy in the meridians and muscles. Six Senses Signature Wraps, 1 hour 30 minutes Body Refiner improves texture and moisturises and brightens the skin. Body Toner firms, tones and tightens the skin. WELLNESS THERAPIES AYURVEDA Reiki, 1 hour An ancient healing method promoting physical, emotional, mental and spiritual wellbeing by releasing tension and energy blockages. Subtle Energies - Ayurveda Aromatherapy Abhyang, 1 hour 40 minutes Cleanse, balance and rejuvenate the body, mind and spirit with this exquisite treatment. It combines a ritual of hot compresses for the face and feet, a full padabhynag treatment with lymphatic drainage and various massage techniques. Signature blends are used to address the chakras, marmas and nadis. Subtle Energies - Ayurveda Aromatherapy Mukha Chikitsa, 1 hour 30 minutes A unique facial ritual combining a complete cleanse and exfoliation followed by a facial scrub with rich oils. FITNESS Fitness Consultation, 30 minutes A personal consultation to determine your specific needs based on your health goals. It includes an assessment of your posture, balance, mobility and flexibility, muscular strength and endurance. Personal Training, 1 hour A customised program designed to meet specific goals be they cardiovascular training, muscle toning, strength development, body posture or better performance. 16 17

For any enquiries or information regarding the spa, please dial 0 or ext. 3838 on your telephone display. Preparation We recommend that you leave all jewelry in the safe of your room before coming to the spa. The spa will not be held responsible for valuables lost within the spa. For men please shave prior to all facial treatments to ensure that maximum results are achieved. Arrival Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your treatment to complete a health consultation to ensure you do not have any contraindication for your treatment, and take time to relax in our tranquil surroundings or experience the facilities prior your treatment. If you wish to experience the snow room or the heated facilities, including the Hammam, laconium, sauna and steam; please arrive 60 minutes prior to your treatment. Consultation We invite you to our spa for a private consultation to determine your needs and to allow us to design your treatment experience. Your personalised package will be tailor made with suitable treatments, techniques and products. Alternatively, one of our specially designed journeys can be selected to offer you the full flavor of the Six Senses Spa offering. After your treatment We recommend that you do not sunbathe after aromatherapy or depilatory waxing treatments for a minimum of 6 hours. 18 19
In-room treatments Selected treatments are available in the comfort of your room. We would appreciate an one hour s notice period when booking in-room treatment. In-room treatments include all oil massages and foot acupressure. For your comfort, two of our therapists must perform your in-room treatment. Cancellations Please give 4 hours cancellation notice on individual treatments and 24 hours notice on packages, otherwise 50% of the treatment price may be charged to your account. For no shows, 100% of the treatment price will be charged. Children We love children, however, to be able to ensure a spa ambience of wellbeing, it is highly recommended to avoid bringing children to the spa. During your stay The spa is a sanctuary of peace and harmony, please be aware of the volume of your voice and not to disturb our other spa guests, smoking and active mobile phones are not permitted in the spa. Spa Retail A selection of natural skincare products has been chosen according to the Six Senses Spas philosophy. They are available for purchase at the spa shop. Gymnasium The gymnasium is open daily from 06:00 22:00. For your own personal safety we ask that shoes are worn when using the gymnasium electrical equipment. When using the gymnasium equipment, children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult for safety reasons. Payment All treatments will be charged to your room and appear on your account at the time of check out. You are welcome to pay by credit card or cash if you prefer. 20
