SPA ETIQUETTE For a harmonious environment and a smooth entry to the spa world. From the right dresscode to prior reservations. A few tips from Roomers Spa. Dresscode Healthiness and Wellbeing Children Cancellations We supply you with a bathing robe, towel, and slippers on loan. You will need sneakers and sportswear if you wish to use our fitness facilities. As a courtesy to our other guests, we ask you to wear a swimming costume when using the Infinity Pool. The saunas, however, are textile free zones. For hygienic reasons you will need a bath towel to lie or stand on in the saunas. While having a massage or cosmetic and body treatments, your body will be covered and only that area left exposed that is receiving therapy. We will provide you with disposable panties. Your health matters to us. Please inform the therapist treating you about any medical conditions you may have. Please make sure to drink enough and not to take an indigestive meal right before having a sauna or a treatment. A soothing shower prior to your visit to the pool / sauna / treatment eases the entry to your spa experience. Environmental Respect A respectful attitude towards the environment is an integral part of any spa visit. Please do not use more towels than you need during your stay. Electronic devices, particularly mobile phones, are not permitted. Food and drinks Our Rooftop Bar provides you with a small choice of food and drinks. Children aged under 16 are only allowed to enter the spa and fitness area as well as the Infinity Pool from 11.00 AM to 3.00 PM daily when accompanied by an adult. Reservations Please book prior to your arrival if you require an appointment at a particular time. We will of course also try to arrange appointments at short notice. Punctuality Unfortunately, it is not possible to extend treatment appointments beyond the times agreed upon. If you arrive late at an appointment, treatment time will be correspondingly shorter. Concessions or discounts are not applied. If you should not be able to keep your appointment, please be aware that we have a 24-hour cancellation policy as a consideration to our other guests. Full service fee will be charged if cancellation is made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment. Thank you for understanding. Valuables We recommend you to lock your valuables in the safe in your hotel room. We cannot accept liability for any valuables lost. For our Day Spa guests, lockers are availabe in the dressing room.
