HAZARD IDENTIFICATION GHS classification of the substance/mixture Not classified as Hazardous according to the Globally Harmonised System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals (GHS) including Work, Health and Safety regulations, Australia. Not classified as Dangerous Goods according to the Australian Code for the Transport of Dangerous Goods by Road and Rail. (7th edition) Not classified as Hazardous according to the Hazardous Substances (Minimum Degrees of Hazard) Regulations 2001, New Zealand. Not classified as Dangerous Goods for transport according to the New Zealand Standard NZS 5433:2012 Transport of Dangerous Goods on Land. Precautionary statement Prevention Keep away from heat/sparks/open flames/hot surfaces. No smoking. Keep container tightly closed. Avoid breathing dust/fume/gas/mist/vapours/spray. Use personal protective equipment as required. Page 1 / 6

Precautionary statement Response IF SWALLOWED: rinse mouth. Do NOT induce vomiting. Call a POISON CENTER or doctor/physician if you feel unwell. Other Information While this product contains naphtha (petroleum) hydrotreated light with an Aspiration Cat 1 classification, this product's form as an oil-in-water emulsion reduces the likelihood of aspiration into the lungs and therefore is not itself classifed as an Aspiration Cat 1 hazard. The ingredient, kaolin contains small amounts of naturally occurring titanium dioxide. The IARC Monograph on the Evaulation of Carcinogenic Risk to Humans (2010) concluded there was insufficient evidence to classify titanium dioxide as a known human carcinogen but did conclude there was enough evidence from animal studies to classify it as suspected of causing cancer by inhalation (as dust). The amount of titanium dioxide present in this product is in the range of 0.005-0.1%. Due to the small amount of titanium dioxide present, this product is not classified as a Category 2 carcinogen. It's form and workplace use also mean that the extreme dust loading associated with the animal study is not realistic in the workplace. However, it is recommended that whenever dusts are generated in the workplace that exposure is limited to 10mg/m3. 3. COMPOSITION/INFORMATION ON INGREDIENTS Ingredients Name CAS Proportion Naptha (Petroleum), hydrotreated light 64742-48-9 30-45 % Non-Metallic Kaolin 66402-68-4 1-<6 % Titanium dioxide 13463-67-7 <0.2 % Other ingredients determined not to be hazardous Not required Balance 4. FIRST-AID MEASURES Inhalation In case of overexposure, move exposed person to fresh air. If irritation develops seek medical attention. Ingestion If swallowed, DO NOT make patient vomit. Give a glass of water to drink. If vomiting occurs spontaneously, keep head below hips to prevent aspiration of vomit into the lungs. If irritation develops seek medical attention. Have label or Safety Data Sheet to show if possible. Skin Rinse skin gently with soap and water. Remove contaminated clothing and wash before re-use. If irritation develops seek medical attention. Eye contact Immediately rinse eyes with plenty of room temperature water for at least 15 minutes, occasionally lifting upper and lower lids. Remove contact lenses if worn. If irritation develops seek medical attention. First Aid Facilities Normal washroom facilities 5. FIRE-FIGHTING MEASURES Suitable Extinguishing Media Foam, dry chemical powder, carbon dioxide Hazards from Combustion Products During combustion, this product may produce oxides of carbon and other unidentifiable organic compounds. Specific Methods If safe to do so, remove containers from path of fire. Fire-fighters to wear self-contained breathing apparatus if in risk of exposure to vapours or products of combustion. Other Information This product is an oil-in-water emulsion and as such is unlikely to flash or to sustain or feed a fire. Page 2 / 6

6. ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURES Spills & Disposal Personnel involved in cleaning up any spills are to wear oil impervious gloves if prolonged or repeated skin contact is likely. The wearing of safety glasses is recommended. Remove all sources of heat or ignition. Do not smoke during the clean-up procedure. Cordon off the spillage area. Isolate the source of the spillage or leak. Contain the spillage using a suitable non- flammable absorbent material such as sand or diatomaceous earth (but not sawdust), and then transfer to sealed plastic containers for disposal. Prevent the spillage from entering the sewerage system or waterways. 7. HANDLING AND STORAGE Precautions for Safe Handling Use in a well ventilated area. Ensure the appropriate personal protective equipment is used when handling this material. Use safe workplace practices and avoid contaminating waterways. Ensure a high level of personal hygiene is maintained when using this product. That is; always wash hands before eating, drinking, smoking or using toilet facilities. Conditions for safe storage, including any incompatibilities Store in a clean, dry, cool, well ventilated area away from foodstuffs. Keep containers well sealed when not in use. 8. EXPOSURE CONTROLS/PERSONAL PROTECTION Occupational exposure limit values No Exposure Limit Established Biological Limit Values No biological limit values assigned for this product or its ingredients Other Exposure Information Dusts generated while using this product will contain minute amounts of naturally occurring titanium dioxide. It is recommended that dust exposure be kept below 10mg/m3. Appropriate Engineering Controls Natural ventilation adequate under normal conditions of use. Keep containers closed when not in use. if dusts are generated, increase ventilation to keep dust exposure below the recommended exposure as listed above. Respiratory Protection Avoid breathing vapours and/or dusts. * When dust concentrations exceed the exposure standards then the use of the following is recommended: Respirator with dust/ mist (Type P2) filters. Eye Protection Avoid contact with the eyes. The wearing of safety glasses is recommended, especially for operators who wear contact lenses. Hand Protection Avoid contact with the skin. If prolonged or repeated skin contact is likely, oil impervious gloves should be worn. Hygiene Measures Wash skin and clothing after using this product. 9. STABILITY AND REACTIVITY Chemical Stability Considered stable. Store below 30 C. Conditions to Avoid None known. Incompatible materials Strong oxidising agents. Hazardous Polymerization Will not occur. 11. TOXICOLOGICAL INFORMATION Ingestion Moderate irritant. Slightly toxic. Dusts generated while using this product may be regarded as essentially non- irritating if swallowed. Inhalation Vapours may irritate the nose and respiratory tract. Prolonged irritation may cause headaches and nausea. Dusts may be generated when shaking the dried polish from polishing pads or cloths. These dusts will contain encapsulated calcined kaolin. The calcined kaolin is encapsulated within the wax and silicones and judged to be non-hazardous in use but the inhalation of dusts may cause coughing, wheezing and difficulty in breathing. Skin Mildly irritating to the skin. Signs of irritation include redness, itchiness and eventually cracking of the skin. Irritation usually only occurs after prolonged, repeated skin contact and is due to the de-fatting effect on the skin of the petroleum naphtha and to the abrasive action on the skin of the abrasive. May lead to the onset of dermatitis. Eye Irritating to the eyes. Signs of irritation include redness, soreness and tear production. Dusts generated while using this product will contain a mild abrasive which may lead to scratching of the cornea and temporary irritation. Carcinogenicity The ingredient, kaolin contains small amounts of naturally occurring titanium dioxide.
