Interweaving biography with archival studio footage and interviews with fashion experts, these films examine the individual stories behind their larger-than-life personas, as well as the inner workings of the haute-couture world. Through the artist s letters, insightful interviews with curators and an extraordinary assembly of paintings at the National Gallery of Art in London, this film presents a fascinating portrait of Goya s life and work. Print Jam SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 11, NOON 3 PM Calling all artists for a community-wide celebration of printmaking materials and processes! This event will feature guest artist presentations and demonstrations, opportunities for local printmakers to showcase their work, hands-on activities for all ages and a steamroller press for artists who bring in large-scale plates for printing. All professional artists and printmaking students must apply online to participate (no fees associated) starting September 15.
