Overview All f us have a lt f sensitive, business critical and useful infrmatin we want t keep in secret frm thers and t have with us everywhere. It can be credit card numbers, administrative accunts in the crprate netwrk, passwrds fr website access and many mre. If yu rely n yur wn head, it may becme a pain, because yu cannt remember all these awful numbers, passwrds and ther kinds f infrmatin yu may need daily. The gal f Spb Wallet is t give yu a safe, secure and cnvenient strage fr all yur imprtant and business critical infrmatin, prviding yu with quick and easy access t data n bth yur Device and Desktp PC. Data synchrnizatin between multiple devices and desktps is supprted. Sftware Features Secure Strage fr Sensitive Infrmatin All f yur data is stred in encrypted passwrd prtected strage, strng AES 256bit algrithm is used fr encryptin. This means that nbdy wh des nt knw the passwrd has any chance t get access t yur sensitive infrmatin. T be prtected the fllwing features are prvided: String AES 256 bit encryptin. Autmatic wallet lcking: If yu frget t clse yur wallet OR if yu leave yur wallet pen, Autmatic Wallet Lcking will autmatically lck yur wallet after the specified perid f time f inactivity. Autmatic clipbard cleanup allws yu t clean up the clipbard autmatically when yu quit frm the wallet. This feature will clean up nly the data which was cpied frm the Spb Wallet t yur clipbard. Cards and Flders View Cards and Flders View have a slightly different view between the Desktp and Pcket PC versins f Spb Wallet: On yur Desktp PC in the Spb Wallet View Mdes, yu can see a tree structure f yur flders. Yu can treat it as a flder structure as in File Explrer, i.e. t expand and cllapse flders, rename and delete them, r mve cards frm ne flder t anther using drag-and-drp. All necessary cmmands fr flders and cards can be dne via cntext menus. On yur Pcket PC Spb Wallet supprts varius view mdes. While navigating by cards yu can use the default Flder View, the Large Icn View (if yu want, fr example, t perate with yur thumb), r the Mst Used View (in that view yu will see nly cards that yu have really used mre than the thers). Real Card Data Representatin Spb Wallet Cards are designed t lk like real-life cards f thse we daily use. Yu have tw kinds fr presenting yur data. The standard list with card field values and the real card graphic view (all the mst imprtant and useful infrmatin is represented in the graphic view). One Hand Navigatin Spb Wallet n yur Pcket PC prvides an ability t navigate ver cards and card fields using yur D-pad. Just click any directin buttn n the D-pad and start navigatin ver the card, using smart fields with press-and-hld, and s n. Versins fr Pcket PC, Smartphne and Desktp Spb Wallet is available fr Smartphne, Desktp and Pcket PC fr mre advantages. All features represented in the Spb Wallet fr Pcket PC are als implemented in the Spb Wallet fr Desktp. Because we have mre space n the Desktp screen, almst all imprtant infrmatin and cmmands are present n the main screen. Additinally, the Desktp versin has an ability t imprt data frm ther wallets and a superir Tlbar fr Internet Explrer & Firefx t make yur surfing n the web easier. Imprting Wizard frm Other Wallets Spb Wallet n yur Desktp has an ability t imprt data frm ther wallet-kindapplicatins, including: ewallet. FlexWallet. CdeWallet. SplashID. Custm CSV. During the imprt, cards frm ther wallets are linked t predefined templates by a special matching engine almst autmatically. All yu need is just t prvide the exprted file frm anther wallet data t the Spb Wallet Imprting Wizard and then fllw the instructins. Custmizable Cards and Templates Spb Wallet prvides imprved card and template custmizatin. Yu can custmize the fields used in the template and their types, graphic view f the card template, fnt family and clr used fr the particular label, label psitin, card backgrund, crners, etc. If needed, yu can nt nly inherit the graphic card view frm a template, but custmize the certain card view. Creatin f a template based n anther template is als supprted. Yu can imprt and exprt templates, s any created template can be shared with thers at the frum f Spb Wallet. Templates Gallery Spb Wallet templates gallery is a big cllectin f cards templates that yu can dwnlad and use at n cst frm ur website at http://www.spbsftwarehuse.cm/prducts/wallet/templates Yu can search fr the templates yu need. If yu didn't find it yu can request t make a new template fr yur card. This service is free f charge fr Spb Wallet users. Smart Card Fields Quite ften yu d nt need infrmatin as infrmatin itself, smetimes yu need t d smething with it. That is why we have a number f specific peratins yu can d with yur card directly frm Spb Wallet just by clicking the apprpriate card field r chsing an peratin frm the cntext menu such as: Page 6 f 31

Passwrd Generatr It is really difficult t think up a really strng and difficult passwrd when yu need ne. We prvide a special Passwrd Builder with 3 predefined ptins fr passwrd generatin: Nrmal. Strng. Very strng. If yu need smething special, yu can prceed with custm settings and specify mre than 9 ptins fr passwrd generatin. Quick Search Spb Wallet prvides the capability fr a quick card search (by card name, ntes, and fields). Please nte that yu d nt need t press any buttn t start yur search, the result is shwn while yu are entering yur search criteria. Backup All backup cpies f the wallet have a backup date/time part in their file names, s it will be easy fr yu t find a backup when yu need it. If yu want a peridic backup yu can make a standard windws scheduled task that will d the backup peridically. Integratin with Internet Explrer & Firefx Spb Wallet n yur Desktp tlbar fr Internet Explrer & Firefx prvides sme features t exchange data between yur wallet and the websites. This feature makes yur surfing n the web easier. These are: Capture Card functin. This feature can capture the entered user name, passwrd, and URL the pened page and create the crrespnding card in the wallet. List r tree view f the cards which have website addresses in yur wallet t navigate and supply user name and passwrd autmatically. Passwrd Generatr t make a new strng passwrd while registering at sites. Synchrnizatin Data synchrnizatin between a Pcket PC and the Desktp can be integrated int ActiveSync r be cmpleted manually. N passwrd is needed fr synchrnizatin, and all multiple-pint synchrnizatin scenaris are fully supprted. (This means that yu can have ne device synchrnized with tw r mre Desktps, tw r mre devices synchrnized with ne Desktp, and s n). Page 7 f 31
Installatin Installatin f Spb Wallet is a very simple prcess and takes less than five minutes t cmplete. The fllwing installatin guide will help yu. System Requirements Make sure yur system meets the fllwing minimum requirements befre installatin. Spb Wallet supprts the fllwing Operating systems. Desktp Versin: Windws 2000 SP3+, 2003, XP, Vista and higher. Pcket PC Versin: Windws Mbile 2003, 5.0 and higher. Installing Spb Wallet After yu have dwnladed the Spb Wallet distributin file yu shuld install it t yur desktp and mbile device. Fr a successful installatin yu will need a Pcket PC device attached t yur Windws Desktp PC. Yu will als need Micrsft ActiveSync sftware in rder t install Spb Wallet t yur device. When yu run the sftware installer n yur Desktp PC it will ask yu t accept the license agreement and will start the sftware installatin prgram. Yu will be prmpted fr the lcatin where yu want the sftware t be installed. In the next screen yu have t select the cmpnents yu want t install: Install Spb Wallet n Desktp. Install Spb Wallet n Mbile Device. Install Smartphne versin. Install Pcket PC versin. Nte: Yu can install Spb Wallet n device at any time later just by clicking the crrespnding shrtcut that yu can find in /Prgrams/Spb Wallet. Nte: Micrsft ActiveSync wrks nly with Windws XP SP2 r earlier. If yu have Windws Vista, yur synchrnizatin settings will be managed thrugh the Windws Mbile Device Center. Windws Mbile Device Center is available thrugh the Windws Mbile Device Center page. Registratin Yu will be able t use Spb Wallet until the end f the trial versin perid f 15 days. If yu have nt registered Spb Wallet within this timeframe, yu will need t d s t cntinue using it. T btain the serial number yu need t purchase Spb Wallet sftware license and yu will receive yur serial number by email. Page 8 f 31
Uninstall Yur Sftware If yu need t uninstall yur Spb Wallet sftware fr any reasn frm yur Desktp PC, yu can d s frm the Windws Cntrl Panel. T uninstall yur sftware d the fllwing: 1. Click Start > Cntrl Panel. 2. Duble-click n Add r Remve Prgrams. 3. Select the prgram name and then click Change/Remve. Fllw the uninstall wizard t remve the prgram. T uninstall yur Spb Wallet sftware frm yur Pcket PC: 1. G t Start > Settings > System tab. 2. Open the Remve Prgrams dialg. 3. Select Spb Wallet frm the prgrams list and then tap Remve. 4. Cnfiguring Spb Wallet n Pcket PC After Spb Wallet is installed n yur Pcket PC it is ready t use. Yu can custmize the settings and behavir(s). Spb Wallet Optins Yu may custmize Spb Wallet t Suit yur needs. T begin tap n Menu then Select the Optins menu item. The ptins dialg bx includes: General: Here, yu can cnfigure the general prgram behavir: Enable r disable the D nt sync wallet with ActiveSync autmatically if pened ptin. If the wallet is pened but lcked then this ptin des nt apply. This is vital fr autmatic synchrnizatin with ActiveSync, which is perfrmed peridically and when the device is cnnected. (Unless this ptin is specified all dialgs which are pened will be clsed peridically). At "Mst Used Cards" view shw cards, select the number f cards yu want t see in the Mst Used Cards pane. Default flder fr wallets, please prvide the flder where yur wallets will be stred by default. Security: Here, yu can custmize ptins that regard yur infrmatin security. If yu keep the Lck wallet autmatically after ptin selected then yur wallet will be autmatically lcked after the specified perid f Spb Wallet idle time. If yu keep the Shw passwrd hint after ptin selected then after the specified number f invalid lgin attempts yu will be shwn the passwrd hint that yu had specified. Enable r disable the Autmatically clse the passwrd dialg when the crrect passwrd is entered ptin. Sync: Here, yu can cnfigure the synchrnizatin f yur Device wallet file with the Desktp part. Please select the wallets yu want t be synchrnized. Cards: Custmize yur cards view ptins. Disable r enable the cards graphical view. Shw r hide the full screen fields frm card view. Page 10 f 31

Enabling this ptin will increase the readability f yur card fields as yu can see in the example belw Skin: Here, yu can strip the flder view list and select the lgin panel buttns skin and clr. During yur wrk n the prgram yu may frget that yu had cpied sme imprtant data t the clipbard. Prevent yur data frm being discvered by selecting this ptin. Only the data which was cpied frm Spb Wallet t yur clipbard will be remved. Templates Custmizatin Spb Wallet prvides ver 60 templates fr yu t use in yur daily life. All templates and cards are fully custmizable in Spb Wallet. This means that yu can make yur cards lk like real cards that yu have and use in yur daily life. Yu can imprt and exprt templates, s any created template can be shared with thers at the frum f Spb Wallet. Yu can als search and dwnlad at n cst templates r ask Spb Wallet team t make a new template fr yu at www.spbsftwarehuse.cm/prducts/wallet/templates In the templates view tap n a template t pen it fr editing. Frm the General tab chse the name and the icn yu wuld like t use. Switch t the Fields tab t cnfigure fields yu wuld like t be handled by this template. Uncheck the Shw card graphics check bx t disable the graphic view f the template. Select the View tab and tap n the Edit View buttn t change the graphical view. Use the Add buttn r via cntext menu f the card area t add as many data fields as yu want. Tap-and-hld n a field and mve it t the place yu want in the card area. Frm the Image buttn r Menu -> Image... yu can change the card backgrund image and specify the image psitin (yu can select either a standard image, r add yur wn). Use the Backgrund buttn r Menu -> Backgrund t cnfigure the card backgrund clr, brder, and hidden fields. T edit the appearance f an existing data field f this card, duble-tap n it r select Edit... frm the field cntext menu. Frm the Attachments tab yu can add any related files t yur card like a lgin key-file. Select the Ntes tab t leave a nte. T custmize a view f single card: Tap n the Edit sftkey t pen the card fr editing. Switch t the View tab. Select the Inherit view frm template checkbx if yu want the card t lk like the way cnfigured in the template. Unselect t enable the Edit View ptin. Tap n the Edit View t change the graphical view f the card, fnt, clr, field psitin and mre. View editing may be needed fr a card if yu want t change layut if sme fields d nt fit int its places. Uncheck the Shw card graphics check bx t disable the graphic view f the card. Frm the Attachments tab yu can add any related files t yur card like a lgin key-file. Select the Ntes tab t leave a nte. Ntes: When yu change the base template then all cards based n that template will als be changed. Only the icn (.ic) frmat is supprted fr icns in Spb Wallet. Cnfiguring Spb Wallet n Desktp After Spb Wallet is installed n yur Desktp PC it is ready t use. Yu need t custmize sme settings and behavir(s). Prgram Cnfiguring The Spb Wallet cnfiguring ptins are split amng five tabs. T pen click n Tls > Optins menu item. The ptin dialg bx includes: The General tab cnfigures the general prgram behavir: Select the Shw Card Graphics t shw all cards with all accmpanying images such as the backgrund image, therwise nly text infrmatin will be shwn. Unselect the D nt shw card view fields in card prperties t see nly the data fields n the card (duplicated) belw the card, therwise the fields will be shwn nly n the card. D nt sync pened wallet autmatically with ActiveSync: While synchrnizing data between the Desktp and a device, all pened windws fr editing will be clsed and reladed while data is applied, and the nly way t avid this is t enable this ptin. In this case sync will nt prceed if a wallet is pened with the Spb Wallet ntificatin and synchrnizatin dialg. The nly exceptin fr that ptin is sync with the desktp Synchrnize cmmand and als if the wallet is pened but lcked then this ptin des nt apply. It is vital fr autmatic synchrnizatin with ActiveSync, which is perfrmed peridically and when the device is cnnected. (Unless this ptin is specified all dialgs which are pened will be clsed peridically). See the technical supprt chapter fr mre related infrmatin. Select Minimize Spb Wallet t tray t autmatically minimize the current sessin f Spb Wallet t the tray rather than t the taskbar. At "Mst Used Cards" view shw cards, Select the number f cards yu want t see in the Mst Used Cards pane. Default flder fr wallets t prvide the flder where yur wallets will be stred by default. Please check which particular wallet yu want t synchrnize and select the default cnflict reslving methd. In the Web Brwser tab yu can select yur default brwser and shw yur web cards with flders in the brwser tlbar. Frm the Skin tab yu can change the lgin panel skin. Using Spb Wallet n Pcket PC Use Spb Wallet functins and tls t keep yur data safe and rganized fr quick access. Open ne f the cards t perfrm yur infrmatin needs. Creating a New Wallet The first time Spb Wallet runs yu will be asked t create a new wallet r pen an existing ne. After creating yur wallet file the lgin panel screen will appear first when yu run the prgram. These cmmands will als be available frm the main menu later. Yu d nt need t create a new r anther wallet n yur Pcket PC if yu create yur new wallet n yur Desktp. By synchrnizing yur new wallet yu will have tw abslutely identical wallets n bth Pcket PC and Desktp. T create yur new wallet n yur Pcket PC yu will need t specify: The lcatin f the wallet file. The default and recmmended flder fr yur wallets is My Dcuments\Spb Wallets A passwrd fr the new wallet. Yu can use the special lgin panel with standard numbers and a keybard t make passwrd input easier and mre secure against key lgging tls. The passwrd hint which can help yu t remember the passwrd if frgtten. Please nte that this hint is saved unsecured n the wallet file, s it may be visible t anyne wh attempts t access yur wallet. If the wallet needs t be synchrnized r nt. This ptin can be mdified at any time frm Optins > General tab. Passwrd In the Passwrd Creating dialg bx yu can create a new passwrd t prtect infrmatin kept in yur wallet. Please enter the passwrd and cnfirm it. Fr yur cnvenience there are tw ways t enter the passwrd. One way is simply entering the passwrd by keybard. Otherwise yu can tap the little buttn next t the passwrd field t pen the ABC, abc, 123, and punctuatin panel which will prtect yu against key lggers. As yu enter the passwrd the scale belw shws the strength f it. Amng the factrs that increase the passwrd strength there are: length, bth lwer and uppercase letters and numerals. It is als recmmended that the passwrd is nt equal t any f the existing wrds in the mst ppular passwrds list. Page 16 f 31
Passwrd Hint In the Passwrd Hint dialg bx yu can type shrt hint that will be shwn t yu in rder t remind yu f the frgtten passwrd. The hint is nt encrypted and will be shwn t any persn wh attempts t enter yur wallet, s please be careful when yu chse text fr yur hint. Let it mean a lt t YOU, and nthing t ther peple. Mve yur Wallet File If yu want t mve yur wallet file t sme ther lcatin and keep it synchrnizable fllw these steps: 1. Mve the wallet file t the new lcatin. 2. Open it with Spb Wallet. 3. Nw the file will be synchrnized frm the new lcatin. Flder View The Flder View is ne f the main prgram views. On this screen yu can select yur preferred flder view frm ne f the fllwing Views: Mst Used Cards, Flders, r Large Icns. Yu can srt them by Name, Flder r Mst Used. Tap n Menu > View t chse yur preferred view. Yu can rename and delete flders and cards, r mve cards frm ne flder t anther. As yu can see all yur data cards allcated in different flders r categries. All necessary cmmands fr flders and cards can be dne via cntext menus. Nte: Select the flder Large Icns view t easily perate using yur thumb. Page 17 f 31
Cards View Select a card in the flder view t pen the card view. On this screen yu can manage all yur cards fields. Yu can rename and delete data, r mve fields. As yu can see all yur card data is allcated n the card like in real-life card view. Tap r press and hld n the data fields t cpy field values t the clipbard, make phne calls, send SMS/MMS, send email and pen web sites. All necessary cmmands fr the cards can be dne via cntext menus. Yu can als navigate thrugh yur wallet cards using nly ne hand. Templates View T pen the Templates View select the Tls > Templates menu item. On this screen yu can manage all yur data card templates. Yu can edit the existing and create yur wn templates fr the best representatin f any kind f persnal data. In the templates frame there is a structure f yur existing templates. All templates are srted by their type. All necessary cmmands fr templates can be dne via cntext menus r frm the main menu. Yu can imprt and exprt templates, s any created template can be shared with thers at the frum f Spb Wallet. Yu can als search and dwnlad at n cst templates r ask Spb Wallet team t make a new template fr yu at www.spbsftwarehuse.cm/prducts/wallet/templates Nte: If yu change the base template then all the cards based n that template will als be changed. Passwrd Generatr The Passwrd Generatr Spb Wallet helps yu t create very gd strng passwrds. There are many factrs and cnditins yu can apply t the passwrd and the Passwrd Generatr will create the passwrd accrding t these cnditins. Passwrd: The result f generating yur passwrd will take place in this text bx. Strength: Select the level f strength f the passwrd, frm Nrmal t Very strng. Each level crrespnds t a different set f factrs (see belw). If yu change thse ptins manually, then the strength level is changed t Custm. Length: The number f symbls in the passwrd. User-defined characters nly: Here yu can enter the set f characters, which will be used in the generated passwrd. The mre different symbls yu enter, the strnger will be the generated passwrd. Different character sets: Selected sets will be present in the generated passwrd. Passwrd is prnunceable: Mst f them will be prbably prnunceable (using a better cmbinatin f vwels and cnsnants). Tap n Generate sftkey and the prgram will generate the passwrd accrding t yur settings. Yu can generate the passwrd several times until yu get the right result. Passwrd In the Passwrd Creating dialg bx yu can create a new passwrd t prtect infrmatin kept in yur wallet. Please enter the passwrd and cnfirm it. Fr yur cnvenience there are tw ways t enter the passwrd. One way is simply entering the passwrd by keybard. Otherwise yu can click n the little buttn next t the passwrd field t pen the lgin panel which will help yu against key lggers. As yu enter the passwrd the scale belw shws the strength f it. Amng the factrs that increase the passwrd strength there are: length, bth lwer and uppercase letters and numerals. It is als recmmended that the passwrd is nt equal t any f the existing wrds in the mst ppular passwrds list. Nte: All mdes f the lgin passwrd panel such as ABC, abc, 123, and punctuatin panel mde is custmizable. Yu can specify any symbls yu want t be present in it using a special registry key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Sftware\Spb Sftware Huse\Spb Wallet, value LgnPanelABCMde (fr ABC mde), LgnPanelPINMde (fr 123 mde), LgnPanelPUNMde (fr punctuatin mde). Just place here the cmma separated list f characters yu want t be present n the lgin panel. Passwrd Hint In the Passwrd Hint dialg bx yu can type a shrt hint that will be shwn t yu in rder t remind the frgtten passwrd. The hint is nt encrypted and will be shwn t any persn wh attempts t enter yur wallet, s please be careful when yu chse text fr yur hint. Let it mean a lt t YOU, and nthing t ther peple. Data Imprt Spb Wallet has an ability t imprt data frm ther wallet-kind-applicatins, including: ewallet. FlexWallet. CdeWallet. SplashID. Custm CSV. During the imprt, cards frm ther wallets are linked t predefined templates by special matching engine almst autmatically. All yu need is just t prvide the exprted file frm ther wallet data t the Spb Wallet Migratin Wizard. T d s, chse the File > Imprt menu cmmand and fllw the instructins. Flder/Card View The Flder/Card View is ne f the main prgram views. T pen Flder/Card View click n the My Cards buttn in the bttm-left crner f the Spb Wallet main windw r frm menu View > Cards. On this screen yu can manage all yur flders and cards. Yu can rename and delete them, r mve cards frm ne flder t anther. As yu can see all yur data cards are allcated in different flders r categries. All necessary cmmands fr flders and cards can be dne via cntext menus. In the left frame yu can see the tree structure f yur flders. Yu can treat it as a flder structure in File Explrer, i.e. t expand and cllapse flders, mve cards frm ne flder t anther using drag-and-drp. The central frame shws yu the cntent f yur wallet, flder r a card view, depending n what yu have selected in the flder structure. The mst frequent cmmands depend n the current view which is shwn in the right frame, as well as the list f mst used cards and the search panel. On this screen yu can manage all yur data card templates. Yu can edit the existing and create yur wn templates fr the best representatin f any kind f persnal data. In the templates frame there is a structure f yur existing templates. All templates are srted by their type. All necessary cmmands fr templates can be dne via cntext menus. The mst frequent cmmands depending n the current view are shwn in the right frame. Yu can use Reset Default Templates... ptin in the tls menu t restre default templates yu have changed in yur wallet r t upgrade t new r lcalized templates. Yu can reset all template infrmatin r specify the infrmatin yu want t reset such as: Name f templates: New template names will be applied frm default templates t yur templates. Create new r restre remved templates: If template is present in default templates but nt in yur wallet it will be created. If template field exists at default template but nt exist in yur template it will be added. Any template fields frm template yu already have will remain. Passwrd: The result f generating yur passwrd will take place in this text bx. Strength: Select the level f strength f the passwrd, frm Nrmal t Very strng. Each level crrespnds t a different set f factrs (see belw). If yu change thse ptins manually, then the strength level is changed t Custm. Length: The number f symbls in the passwrd. User-defined characters nly: Here yu can enter the set f characters, which will be used in the generated passwrd. The mre different symbls yu enter, the strnger will be the generated passwrd. Different character sets: Selected sets will be present in the generated passwrd. Passwrd is prnunceable: If selected, then the generated passwrd will cnsist f lwercase letters and numerals nly. Mst f them will be prbably prnunceable (using a better cmbinatin f vwels and cnsnants). Click the Generate buttn and the prgram will generate the passwrd accrding t yur settings. Just click n the URL yu have n a card and the brwser will be pened autmatically and the user name and passwrd yu specified when yu cnfigured the card will be autmatically inserted in the right places n the page. Create cards fr Spb Wallet directly frm the brwser (with autmatic capturing f the username, passwrd and site address). Generate new strng passwrds. Use Fill Again buttn t supply user name and passwrd frm the last selected card t the active webpage. Frm the Web Brwser tab in Spb Wallet ptins, yu can select yur default brwser and shw yur web cards with flders in the brwser tlbar. Nte: The Spb Wallet applicatin must be pened in rder t use the Spb Wallet tlbar. Hwever, if yur wallet file is nt started r lcked Open peratin will be preceded n any buttn click. Synchrnizatin Data synchrnizatin between a device and the Desktp can be integrated int ActiveSync r manual. N passwrd is needed fr synchrnizatin, and all multiple-pint synchrnizatin scenaris are fully supprted (This means that yu can have ne device synchrnized with tw r mre Desktps, tw r mre devices synchrnized with ne Desktp, and s n). T enable autmatic synchrnizatin with ActiveSync just chse Spb Wallet in ActiveSync ptins (r chse crrespnding ptin during installatin). Yu can als start synchrnizatin directly frm the Spb Wallet fr the Desktp by selecting the Tls->Synchrnize cmmand frm the menu r clicking the crrespnding buttn in the tlbar. Click Start t run synchrnizatin accrding t the cnfigured ptins. Click Settings... t g t the Spb Wallet synchrnizatin settings. In these settings yu can specify what actin shuld be perfrmed in case f an item cnflict (similar nn-synchrnized items existing n bth the Pcket PC and Desktp). Click Exit t exit the synchrnizatin dialg bx. All kinds f data inside the wallet are synchrnized withut any exceptin. Yu can change a template frm yur Desktp, add new graphics r icns, add card attachments, etc, and after synchrnizatin all data will be available n bth the Pcket PC and Desktp. Yu will have tw abslutely identical wallets n bth sides. Synchrnizatin with strage cards is als supprted. Befre Cntacting Technical Supprt Please read this sectin befre cntacting Technical Supprt, it includes mst cmmn imprtant issues users might face. Synchrnizatin Des Nt Wrk! If the synchrnizatin des nt wrk fr yu, try t d the fllwing: Start SpbWalletDesktpSync.exe frm the flder where yu have installed the Spb Wallet n the Desktp. Start synchrnizatin. Lk at the messages: Synchrnized, but data is nt updated then yu may have wallet files duplicated with 1, 2, 3 pstfix. Smetimes yu can have a wallet file with a 1,2,...,X pstfix n yur device r Desktp, which yu have nt created. This happens when yu create wallets with the same name n bth the Pcket PC and the Desktp after sync. T reslve this issue, keep nly ne latest cpy yu want t have n the device r the Desktp and then remve the ther cpies and start synchrnizatin. Wallet is pened n a device r Wallet is pened n Desktp, then yu may have an pen wallet. While synchrnizing data between Desktp and device, all dialgs are clsed while data is applied. The nly way t avid this is t enable the D nt sync pened wallet autmatically ptin (in this case sync will nt prceed if wallet is pen with special ntificatin and synchrnizatin dialg. This ptin is present fr bth a Pcket PC and the Desktp). The nly exceptin fr that ptin is sync with desktp Synchrnize cmmand in that case this ptin is ignred nly n the Desktp. Anther case is when yur wallet is pen but lcked then this ptin des nt apply. Default value fr that ptin is enabled n Desktp and disabled n device. Autmatic ActiveSync will nt prceed if wallet is pen n Desktp (s n dialgs will be clsed while editing data); data sync will prceed if yu run Synchrnize cmmand n desktp. When yu change smething n Desktp yu will see hw it will lk like n yur device. Wallet marked as nn-synchrnizable n Desktp r Wallet marked as nnsynchrnizable n device. In this case, yu need t disable r enable synchrnizatin fr the specified wallet. Yu can specify if the wallet will be synchrnizing r nt fr bth Pcket PC and Desktp. Initially yu can specify it when wallet is created, after that yu can mdify synchrnized wallets at Tls > Optins -> Synchrnizatin page n Desktp and Tls -> Synchrnized Wallets page n yur Pcket PC.
