Prosafe also get its products tested at accredited test institutes regularly to ensure highest level quality products that can be used in various fields of application and do justice to all the needs of the wearer. Safety, Protective and Occupational Shoes for industrial purposes are tested according to different standards. We produce footwear according to the following European and Indian standards. þ þ þ þ EN ISO 20345-2011 Safety Shoes with Steel/Composite/Aluminium Toe Caps which resist test force of 200 Joules. EN ISO 20346 / EN 346-I Protective Shoes with Steel/Composite/Aluminium Toe Caps which resist test force of 100 Joules. EN ISO 20347 / EN 347-I Occupational Shoes without toe caps, but with skid resistant, antistatic or other similar features. IS 15298:2011 / ISO 20344:2011 Safety, Protective and Occupational footwear for professional use Safety Features Safety Features can be identified on the product label from following markings. EN ISO 20345 EN ISO 20346 EN ISO 20347 CLASS SB PB I/II Conforms with basic features. SI P1 1 I ADDITIONAL FEATURES Closed heel area, antistatic properties, energy absorption in heel area, fuel resistant outsole. SIP P1 1 I Like S1 plus penetration resistance profiled outsole. Prosafe products have been tested to the Directive for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Directive 89/686/EEC and carries the CE Mark accordingly. Our Safety Footwear have also been tested and certified by Bureau of Indian Standards as per latest IS:15298 and carries the ISI Mark accordingly. Prosafe safety shoes conform to CE and ISI standards in the categories of S1, S1P, S2, S3, ESD, HRO. Prosafe has in-house testing laboratory wherein all materials like leathers, soles, lining materials, toe caps are tested according to strict criteria to ensure performance and compatibility. Prosafe is an ISO 9001-2015 certified company and operates in accordance with Quality Assurance System. This provides the customer further confidence in our product quality which is regularly monitored and audited. S2 P2 2 I Like S1 plus resistant to water penetration and water absorption. S3 P3 3 I Like S2 plus penetration resistance profiled outsole. S4 P4 4 II Like S2 plus antistatic, energy absorption in heel area, fuel resistant outsole. S5 P5 5 II Like S4 plus penetration resistance profiled outsole. Slip Resistance of Protective, Safety & Occupational Shoes In the new European standard, following three slip resistance limits are defined since beginning of 2008 and as per new standard the footwear must fulfill one of these three requirements: SRA: Slip resistance on floors with ceramic tiles with SLS (Sodium Laurylether Sulfate) solution. SRB: Slip resistance on steel floor with glycerol SRC: Slip resistance on floor with ceramic tiles with SIS and on steel floor with glycerol (SRA+SRB). Classification CLASS I: Footwear made of leather and other materials with an exception of formed in one piece or vulcanized. CLASS II: Footwear formed in one piece or vulcanized i.e. Rubber, PUR or PVC boots.

Anti Piercing Sole The addition of an ergonomically designed steel plate makes increases the wearing comfort along with the safety standard.
