Art Submittal Information Simple Short form for professional design - File types: AI (illustrator file), PSD (Photoshop document), Editable PDF, Tiff. - Design Specifics actual size, print location, colors, & other specific information - Contact information - Your prefered method of contact. Long form for new customers - The Top-10 things that will help minimize design cost and help keep it on-time: Clarity/Vision on the expectation of the design, having an idea communicated and sticking to it. Avoiding drastic changes and micromanaging every design aspect Limiting the number of individuals you involve in the design process and approval process. (Have a consensus beforehand) Promptly responding to info request from our designers, liminting the need for multiple Attempts for clarifying questions and approvals. Allow for ample time to complete your project. New designs can take as little as one week or several weeks depending on the design complexity and how busy we are (see below). - Design Clarity/Vision For the best results, it is important that you provide as much information as possible reguarding the scope of your design. Keep in mind that our designers CAN NOT read minds (unfortunately.) It is important to be very specific whenever possible: - Information tha twill help the design process. Example Pictures/Profiles/Sketches/Images/Etc. of your vision that you have in mind Examples of similar things you have seen; examples of designs you DO and DO NOT like. Font Styles Intended use for the design (who does it need to appeal to?) Color scheme; what color shirt and ink would you like to incorporate. We are willing to work on any sort of design that is requested. - Screen Printing & Other Techniques At RZR we specialize in REVO-Soft water based screen printing techniques. We are always willing to go outside the box. We do provide traditional plastisol prints or even print on unconventional apparel you provide. Keep in mind, however, that additional cost and time may be necessary to ensure we get you the result you are looking for.
