BUTTERS
NATUROCHIM S BUTTERS ARE UNIQUE MANUFACTURING PROCESS A particular oil is selected for its specific properties. It is hydrogenated through a controlled hydrogenation process (1). A pasty solid is then obtained to which the very oil that was selected is mixed in order to obtain the right consistency. Therefore, our butters are solely made with one specific oil. Note: On the market, one can find butters manufactured with cheap mass-manufactured hydrogenated oil from any origin to which a percentage of oil is added that will give the butter its name. This can be determined by checking the INCI name. NATUROCHIM S BUTTERS ARE QUALITY BUTTERS: low acid value: 5 peroxide value: < 10 butters are not oxidized stability to oxidation (long shelf life, added Vit E) no adulteration risk by hydrogenated oils other than those claimed the large oil manufacturers process many oils, including those for the food industry. Some of them may be allergenic (Sesame, Soy, etc.), and may contaminate other productions in most cases, the final butters are deodorized by water vapor (1) Soft hydrogenation: low temperature and pressure very low catalyst content does not generate by-products due to cracking or condensation (polymers) approved by Ecocert Note: Standard hydrogenation may lead to formation of free fatty acids or hydrocarbon chains.
