Terms & Conditions MEDICAL CONDITIONS Certain conditions such as pregnancy, heart conditions, cancer, high/low blood pressure, diabetes and epilepsy may prevent the use of the facilities and some treatments. If you have any of the following then please notify our reservations team before visiting the spa as medical advice and guidance may be required. Also if you have had surgery within the last six months, have any allergies or concerns please contact our reservations team to seek guidance. CANCELLATION POLICY A 50% payment is required upon booking of all treatments. Full refunds will be given on reservations if cancelled 2 weeks or more before the date of arrival. If cancellation is made less than 2 weeks notice to the date of arrival, money paid will be transferred onto a Clifford Health Club & Spa gift card which can be used towards a future visit within the following 12 months. If a booking date is changed, or a reservation or treatment is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice to the date of arrival, a 15 per person cancellation fee will be charged and the remaining money paid will be transferred onto a Clifford Health Club & Spa gift card. This card can then be used towards a future visit within the following 12 months. GIFT CARDS, PRIVATE HIRE, CELEBRATION PACKAGES Gift cards are available for all of Clifford Health Club & Spa treatments and packages. Please note that cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, are nonrefundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
