All cattle are to be paid for by the purchaser during or immediately after the sale and will not be released until after the settlement has been made, unless other arrangements have been made through the owner or the sale manager. Guarantee: All animals offered for sale are guaranteed in accordance with the rules set forth by the American Hereford Association. Health: All cattle will have health certificates required for shipping within Texas and out of state. All females bred prior to Jan. 1, 2011, will be pregnancy examined. All breeding-age bulls (bulls over 15 months) will be fertility tested. On January 1, Texas bulls that undergo a change of ownership (except to slaughter) must be either certified as a virgin bull or be tested first for cattle trichomoniasis. Each animal will be at the purchasers risk immediately after it is sold.
