Ephesians 6:7-8 Changes / Reminders All items MUST be entered in to system by Monday, August 20 by 11AM. Please print out two IDENTICAL tags for large items. Do not enter the item twice online. SINGLE tape both tags to item. Please do not use packing tape. Scotch tape is fine. Halloween costumes and outfits must not be scary. Tagging guns are no longer allowed as we have had complaints about them leaving holes in clothing. Seller Facts If you know of someone interested in selling, they can email director@gpresale.com to be placed on our waiting list. $5.00 registration fee, check only, due when dropping off items. Please write seller number on check. No REFUNDS! Sellers must have 15 or more items sold in order to keep number To cancel the use of your number email the director ASAP but no later than 3 weeks prior to the sale How it works You are assigned a specific seller number to identify your items. You price your items using the appropriate color tag. You receive 85% of the purchase price, the other 15% goes to running the resale but most importantly to help minister to other families. We inspect the items and if it does not meet our guidelines it will be returned to you after the sale along with any items not sold. You may use the yellow donate tags if you would like us to give the unsold items to charity instead of you picking them up. Children s Clothing & Toy Resale Save the dates! Hanging items-make sure the opening of the hook is facing the left as you look at the front of the item, check the acceptable/unacceptable list to see what must be on hangers Shoes should be in zipped storage bags with tag taped inside, if two bags are needed, attach them to each other securely Inspection rule of thumb If we can see it We reject it

1. Inspect and Clean Make sure it is child oriented Make sure it works, must have working batteries Make sure it is in good condition, clean of all spills and dirt Make sure it has all its pieces, puzzles must have a picture of what it looks like 2. Package DO NOT tape items closed so that we are unable to inspect them Storage bags are the best way to package items Small pieces may be placed in a bag and taped to the item they go to, DO NOT cover switches Bedding must be in a clear storage bag with tag taped inside, DO NOT tape bag shut as the items need to be removed to be inspected (see acceptable list for details about bedding and related items) Books: singleton books DO NOT belong in bags, only multiple books (Think of buyers when placing books in a bag, they should be similar reading level) 3. Tag See previous page for basic information Tape tag inside storage bag if you are using one, information facing out so it can be read On large items you MUST print TWO tags. Attach them to the item with a single piece of tape. At Drop Off we will need to be able to take the tags off and adjust. We re picky on purpose We know it can be frustrating to get items returned because it s a little worn, has a small stain, or something minor. But we want to provide the best items we can. Our inspection motto is this: If we see it ( stain, tear, etc. ), we reject it ( small or large )
