about My passion for graphics was born several years ago, this path of studies has always been the one that I wanted to undertake. I love simplicity, geometric shapes, order and accuracy. In all my projects I ve always tried to put something of me to make them unique and personal. This portfolio brings together a series of projects, some performed during the path of 3-year studies at Accademia Italiana, others commissioned. Projects are divided into 6 categories according to their type 4 5

packaging design coop coffee capsules This project was developed for the BOXMARCHE competition. The subject of the competition was a packaging design for COOP brand Nespresso compatible coffee capsules. The project is based on two different dies, one provided by the company itself and one designed by us. With my proposal, in both cases I have tried, through the graphics, to enhance the values of the company while remaining faithful to the COOP identity. My proposal is one hexagonal packaging, which can become the dispenser of the capsules itself and It can be kept close to the coffee machine. Tear-off opening allows to easily extract one capsule at a time. The simple and elegant graphics allows an easy distinction between the three blends and makes the packaging a design object. I have chosen to create simple graphics but with a certain impact and elegance, in line with the COOP brand. Each of the blends has a main color, orange for the Arabica, because it recalls the warm tones of Africa and South America, that are the places from which comes the mixture, light blue for the Decaffeinated, in order to give a feeling of lightness, and beige for the Classic one. I have used shades to give a touch of elegance and a less flat aspect to the graphics. The main font I chose for the graphic design is ANDERS, a modern, easily readable font that fits well with all three blends and all colors. 12 13

packaging design plastic packaging for medicines I chose to make packaging for medicines that don t need a prescription. I find out that often we can make confusion between the various medicines because of similar labels and trade names, so I chose to design a simple graphic with different colors and symbols for each product, in addition to calling it with its generic name. I chose to make a plastic package, made up of two parts that can be connected to each other. In this way you can unhook the smaller package, insert a few doses of medicine and bring it into the bag. The blisters of medicines are all die-cut, so you can easily separate the doses. I chose to carry out a simple simbology to easily recognize the way of administration of the purchased medicine. The available choices are effervescent tablets, tablets, capsules, effervescent sachets. In addition I also find the icons for the spray and patches. The labels are very simple and the different products are different from each other thanks to color and icons. I chose to include a generic name for the drug, to not create confusion with the often complicated names that are usually given to this kind of products. 16 17

packaging design cashmere clothes This project was created following the request of the designer Daniele Fiesoli to create a new packaging for the Eco Cashmere collection. I wanted to develop an idea that included ecosustainability, innovation and design. It is a box composed of two parts, both made in recycled cardboard. The outer band has an integrated handle to facilitate transport and is punched on the front in order to show the color and quality of the garment. The back presents the story of recycled cashmere and the stages leading to the achievement of the final product. I chose this graphic because it is suitable for the young target and it remembers, in an intuitive way, the origin of the raw material which the garments are made of. Based on the graphics used for the packaging I have coordinated the label and the tag. The label is made of raw cotton printed and sewn on the garment with visible stitching. The tag is made of recycled cardboard and is printed with spot print and is attached to the sweater through a raw cord. The front of the tag shows the logo of the collection while the back shows a brief summary of the history of the processing of recycled cashmere. 20 21

packaging design perfume packaging restyling The particularity of this packaging is the presence of some crystals inside, which create play of light between the glass of the bottle and the rosy color of the liquid. The shape is simple and this makes the bottle easy to handle. The cap is diamond-shaped and is made of colored transparent plastic. I preferred to give more importance to the handling of the bottle rather than to particular shapes, because with these objects we often forget that they must also be comfortably usable as well as beautiful to look at, so I tried to find a compromise between the two. I chose a very simple shape for this packaging, in order to make the perfume more manageable compared to the original packaging. The bottle is a parallelepiped with a diamond-shaped cap. The peculiarity of the packaging is, in fact, not given by its shape but by the small crystals inserted inside it. The perfume logo is made only of lettering and it s the name of the fragrance, Bright Crystal, written with two different fonts. Bright is written with the Housegrind font, while Crystal with Garamond. I chose two completely different fonts, a very simple script and a serif, because I think that they give more weight to the words themselves, representing them well. So the word bright is represented by a cursive font, while the word crystal from a more squared, but still very elegant, font. The word Crystal is below Bright and it s shifted to the right so that it sticks to the right of Bright. Next to the word Bright also appears, in small, the writing Versace. The word Bright is Pantone 223C, while the other two are silver. The logo is printed directly on the glass of the bottle, without a label. A label is instead present on the bottom of the bottle and it s transparent with black lettering, reporting all the mandatory information on perfume such as quantity, volume, production plant. The Versace logo with Medusa is engraved on a silver plaque positioned on the cap. 24 25
graphic design perfume guerrilla marketing Creation of a guerrilla marketing project to advertise the perfume that we made the restyling of the packaging, in my case Bright Crystal by Versace. For this advertising I chose to insert a sample of perfume inside a jewel box, so you can see only the diamond-shape cap. The package will be distributed in evocative places in all Italian cities (eg Piazzale Michelangelo in Florence) from steward in elegant suit. The aim is to compare the perfume sample to an engagement ring. 26 27
graphic design Maserati catalog The purpose of the project is to create a catalog of cars for a motor home of our choice. I have created a catalog for Maserati, in particular for the Gran Turismo MC car. The choice of diagonal lines and cuts in the photos was made in order to remember the aggressiveness and speed of this sport car. The main color is red, strong and decisive color. The chosen font is Frutiger, a simple and readable sans serif font, which does not distract the attention from the photos and goes well with the simplicity of the page. 28 29

graphic design self-promotion The game of self promotion giada andreone Ho scelto di inserire alcuni dei miei progetti nell incarto delle caramelle, nella speranza che sia l unica occasione in cui verranno scartati. The purpose of the project is to create a Game self-promotion project. I have chosen to create packages containing one of my business cards and some candies that have a wrapping with some of my projects printed on. On the label I added the phrase L unica occasione in cui puoi scartare un mio lavoro, in english The only time you can discard/unwrap my project. In italian the word scartare means both discard and unwrap. 32 33 Graphic Design Self promotion Walter Conti Giada Andreone

web design Les Chefs Blancs cooking school website restyling The exercise consists in a cooking school website restyling. The restyling includes both the site and the logo. The original logo is not very modern and particular, so I decided to create a simple but beautiful to look at logo, which would immediately make you think of the kitchen. The colors of the site are two more white and black. I chose to use as a main color a very dark gray that makes the site more elegant. The second color is instead a light orange, which incorporates the color used by the original site. The fonts I ve used are two and are both Google Fonts. The first, used for titles, is Lily Script One, a bold italic font, while the second is Libre Franklin, a very simple sans-serif. 58 59
Logo originale The new logo consists of a stylized image of a pot seen from above, consisting of a circle with handles. Inside the writing Les Chefs Blancs - cooking school, is divided into three parts. LES CHEFS is at the top and follows the curvature of the circle, written in Franklin Gothic Medium font, the same used for the written Cooking School, which is instead placed along the lower profile of the circle. The writing blancs is instead in the center, written in Lily Script One font. LES CHEFS Blancs S C U O L A D I C U C I N A 60 61
