Payment Terms Net 10 E.O.M. for approved accounts (payment due on the tenth day of the month subsequent to the shipment month). For example, if a shipment is made on 2/5/20, then the due date is 3/10/20. It usually takes four to six weeks for a credit check after we have received your credit application. Friendly Trading Partners with an overdue balance will not be sold until the account is current. Cash on delivery (C.O.D.) orders shall be processed upon receipt of a $50.00 deposit. The deposit will be applied towards the final shipment, unless you select to keep it on deposit to expedite quick re-orders. Return Goods Policy All claims for defective merchandise must be requested in writing within 10 days after the receipt of goods. Merchandise may not be returned without prior approval. Upon approval a Return Authorization (RA) sticker will be issued by Friendly Trading Partner Services and must be affixed to the returned cartons. Pricing Information Prices are subject to change without notice. Order Policy To become an authorized Friendly Trading Partner, a minimum order of $1,000.00 is required. A $200.00 minimum is required for re-orders. Minimum order of 6 units per color. We do not accept changes to orders within 30 days of the start ship date.
