Piedmont Orthotics Lab s NAOT Footwear Program Piedmont Orthotic Laboratory Inc. is now offering custom made insoles for over 70 styles of NAOT footwear. POL, Inc. is proud to offer custom insoles for the following NAOT lines: Women's Scandinavian, Women's Campus, Women's Wildlife, Men's Scandinavian, and the Professional Collection. These lines are contained in this brochure. This brochure is intended to be used by doctors as a reference guide in conjunction with the NAOT catalog when ordering custom insoles. If your patient has not had the opportunity to try a pair of NAOT shoes, sandals, or clogs, (available at better shoe stores) they should choose their appropriate size. Any patient who has a prior prescription orthotic from POL within the past five years can order without recasting, just fill out order form and fax. For new patients or those with prescriptions older than five years, please recast the patient. Please note the following: - Patients with an unusual amount of fatty tissue on the foot should not order styles that have nonadjustable forefoot straps, as they often do not allow enough room in the forefoot to accommodate thicker feet. - There are no half sizes unless otherwise noted. - The Campus Collection tends to have a wider forefoot area. - A $15.00 restocking fee, charged by the manufacturer, applies when shoes are returned/exchange.
