1965-2016: making and distributing non-art-art which doesn t need any talent, practice, study, skill, virtuosity, mastership at the bottom of the qualification by the state- and church- and art-mafia, to catalyze the selfliberating autonomy of the disabled and despised people toward Hedonism in worshipping EA (Esthetic Absolut) by the constitutionally established right for the Unconditional Basic Income financed by the military budget. I m responsible for the result of the voting about the Unconditional Basic Income on the 5 th of June 2016 in Switzerland. IPUT was not able to explain effectively the reasons of the UBI since the first announcement of it in CH (Galerie Gaetan, Geneva, 1977) to the majority.
