From its conception Lavender Health Spa was designed to revive the mind and body after the stress and tension that we experience in our everyday lives. At Lavender you may choose to embark on a personal journey that incorporates our Thermal Suite, your chosen Holistic Treatment followed by Deep Relaxation and light refreshments. However, if time is not on your side you can simply, just book a treatment. In our treatments we use products from Aromatherapy Associates, which allows you to have an aromatherapy experience that s as effective as it is luxurious. All of the essential oils used are highly effective at enhancing the state of your physical, mental and emotional well being. At Lavender we only use certified organic seaweed that is harvested by hand everyday. Seaweed baths are Irelands only indigenous therapy and have been used for generations as a treatment for numerous skin conditions due to its huge abundance of minerals and vitamins.

Lavender Indian Head Massage 30 mins 45 A therapeutic massage concentrating on the upper back, neck and scalp helping to alleviate stress and tension. Serail Mud Chamber 30 mins 35 per person The combination of radiant heat and the application of masks create a rejuvenating yet relaxing experience. Highly effective ingredients such as chocolate, honey and algaes are applied over the whole body by your own hands. The soothing warm room temperature allows the mask to dry, thereby eliminating toxins and inducing relaxation. Terms & Conditions On arrival at Lavender you will be asked to complete a short health questionnaire. It is advisable to arrive 15 minutes prior to appointment time to facilitate this. No show or late arrivals will be treated as a missed appointment and this will result in the full cost of the confirmed appointment being deducted from your credit card. Avoid eating heavily before your visit to the spa. Lavender is designed to relax you. If at any stage you have any discomfort please inform your therapist. Following your visit we strongly advise that you increase your intake of water in order to assist in the release of toxins from the body which occurs naturally after all treatments and hydrotherapy. Credit card details are required to secure a booking. As a courtesy to all guests cancellations/changes must be made 24 hours in advance. Group (3+ people) cancellations must give 48 hours notice in advance. Failure to do so will result in the full cost of the confirmed appointment being deducted from your credit card. Management reserves the right to alter the treatment menu, prices and terms & conditions at any time. Gift vouchers are available and valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
