SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT REQUIREMENTS All prospective suppliers must submit a completed registration form. Forms can be obtained on the Municipality s official website, www.stevetshwetelm.gov. za under the Vendor Registration link. Supplier providing incorrect or fraudulent information intentionally will be disqualified. Preference will be given to registered suppliers, but it does not necessarily follow that suppliers who are not yet registered will be totally excluded from quoting for the supply of goods or services to the Municipality.
