Late Arrival Please be aware that late arrival may affect the length of your treatment. Your service will end on time, so the next guest is not delayed. Cancellations As a courtesy to other guests, we ask that cancellations and changes be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled service to avoid charges.
