ASPA information SPA DINING & REFRESHMENTS You can enjoy dishes created using fresh local produce from our dedicated ASPA menu in the spa lounge. You can also indulge in a glass of champagne or simply relax with our selection of teas, coffees or soft drinks. BOOKINGS We highly recommend booking your treatment in advance to ensure that your preferred time is available. To make your booking please call 01770 303 303. Resort guests can dial 4805 from their room or lodge. Your wellbeing is our priority so please inform us of any medical conditions or medication you are taking. Pricing is subject to change at any point. CANCELLATIONS Please advise us of the need to cancel at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 100% charge. Groups of 6+ must give 72 hours notice. SPA AT HOME To continue your regime, all ESPA and Ishga products used in treatments are available to purchase. Your therapist can recommend the best home routine to get optimum results. TREATMENT TIMES Please note all our treatment times are inclusive of consultation and aftercare advice. WHAT TO EXPECT We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes in advance of your scheduled appointment time. If you have not visited us within the last six months we will require you to complete a consultation card prior to your treatment. Swimsuits are required within our leisure facilities. We provide robes and slippers for use before and after treatments.
