Planning permission on first phase was approved August 2011 July 2012 section 106 signed giving first phase of the development the green light. Built to PPS1 standards, the development will be truly zerocarbon. A2Dominion will be consulting with the people of Bicester on proposals for the wider NW Bicester site later this year.
