Glossary Cold storage: Any form of offline storage (USB drive or paper-based sup port carrying your private key, password and seed phrase) or hardware wallet. Learn more ERC20 token: the standard set of rules that all Ethereum-based tokens comply with, in order to be used in transactions on the Ethereum network. ERC = Ethereum Request for Comments. Hardware wallet: A form of offline storage, which is a hardware device, USB, external hard drive, or a dedicated USB-like device serving this purpose, such as Ledger Nano S or Trezor. Learn more Online wallet: A form of digital wallet that can be accessed online from a desktop device or laptop. Some online wallets, such as MetaMask, provide a mobile-friendly browser extension to facilitate mobile access, allowing users to enjoy the same functionality they would on a desktop device. Learn more Paper wallet: A form of offline support for private, public keys and wallet address based on a printable sheet of paper. Learn more. Seed phrase: also known as recovery phrase or backup phrase, it consists of 12 or more randomly associated words, and it is the primary key to a cryptocurrency wallet allowing users to regain access to or restore their account. Smart contract: A digital protocol which allows transactions to take place without the interference of third parties. These transactions are trackable and irreversible data transfers. Token vs. coin: Both tokens and coins are digital assets and have a value. However, unlike tokens, which can be transacted on multiple networks they are compatible with, without having a blockchain of their own, coins exist within their native blockchain network where they can be used in transactions, such as Bitcoin (BTC), Litecoin (LTC) or Monero (XMR). Transaction hash (t-hash, txid or tx): A random set of alphanumerical characters that represent the unique identifier of a transaction. All fund deposits and withdrawals are automatically allocated a txid, which can be found in your transaction history and on etherscan.io. Private key: also referred to as a secret key. As defined by Techopedia, a private key is a code paired with a public key to set off algorithms for text encryption and decryption. It is created as part of public key cryptography during asymmetric-key encryption and used to decrypt and transform a message to a readable format. Public and private keys are paired for secure communication, such as email. Learn more Public key: often referred to as wallet address, it is the code paired with the private key and used to encrypt messages intended for a specific recipient. This is what users share between them to receive cryptocurrency payments. Learn more Utility token: a form of digital asset which has value and can be used to purchase goods and services. Wallet: often referred to as e-wallet, digital wallet or cryptocurrency wallet. It is a form of digital storage which allows users to safely keep, convert and use their cryptocurrencies in transactions. There are different types of wallets: mobile (downloadable from app stores), online and hardware solutions. Learn more 4

01: Choosing Your Wallet: What You Need to Consider Before You Begin Choosing Your Wallet: What You Need to Consider Before You Begin To receive your tokens, you will need to share your wallet address with the sender. Below, we go over the widely used wallet options, and how to set them up. If you wish to install a crypto wallet and / or access your PumaPay tokens on your computer, there are plenty of online desktop applications in the crypto world currently. On the other hand, if you prefer to install your wallet directly on your mobile, then your first choice of wallet should be a mobile solution. Both solutions offer you the benefit of access to your crypto assets at any time, and from any place. We offer instructions for both. It is also critically important to safeguard your crypto assets. There are some hardware solutions designed to assist you. We will highlight some of the top 10* online, mobile and hardware options for you. Hardware Solutions It is essential to keep your cryptocurrency in a secure, offline environment. To do this, you need a hardware wallet. Both devices are no bigger than a USB drive and are compatible with Chrome-based applications. 6

03: Crypto Payment Do s and Don ts Crypto Payment Do s and Don ts It is important to understand the do s and don ts of handling crypto payments. We have summarized some of the major points here. Do s 1. For your own security, write your password, seed phrase and private key down on a piece of paper and store safely. 2. Only share your wallet address with the sender of your payment. 3. Always double-check the receiver s wallet address before sending a payment. 4. Always scan the QR code with your wallet app. This help you avoid any manual input errors. Don ts 1. Never use a public wi-fi if you intend to make a transfer. Learn more 2. Never share your private key, password or seed phrase with anyone. Learn more 3. Don t send tokens to the token contract address. This will result in you losing funds, as blockchainbased transactions are irreversible! Learn more 5. To check your wallet activity, token contract address, latest transactions and transaction hash (t-hash) that you and other PMA token holders have made, visit etherscan.io. 7

04: Creating and Adding Tokens to Mobile Wallets Creating and Adding Tokens to Mobile Wallets When you start using a wallet, your desired token may not show in the main menu.
