The Public Hearing opened. Those providing testimony were sworn in by Deputy City Clerk Carlile. Harlowe Hatle, Alan Courtney, and Brian Poyner, owners of Whiskey Biscuit and their representative Michelle Palmquist addressed the Page 3 of 5 Page 4 of 6
Authority and introduced Ehibit 1, a 9 page petition in support of a Hotel & Restaurant liquor license. Mr. Hatle, Mr. Courtney, and Mr. Poyner responded to questions from the Authority. To approve the Hotel & Restaurant Liquor License for Cornered Three, LLC dba Whiskey Biscuit located at 3299 S. Broadway Unit A, Englewood CO 80113. Mark Monroe (Seconded By) To close the Public Hearing for Cornered Three LLC dba Whiskey Biscuit. The Public Hearing closed. 7. Authority Members Choice 8. Counsel's Choice a. Alpha Liquor Police Report. Assistant City Attorney Lay advised the Authority of an incident with Alpha Liquor and discussed how the Authority would like to handle it. 9.
