Rudis makes every effort to produce finished products to match customer proofs as closely as possible. Due to variances in digital screen resolutions and embellishment print processes exact color matching cannot be guaranteed. This is especially true in the case of sublimated items and prints with gradients. Customers are advised to provide exact PMS Pantone colors to help more accurately match colors. You as our customer are responsible for verifying final artwork and/or correct spelling to be printed on garment. Upon approval from client, Rudis will not be held responsible for typos or over looked errors once the printing process has begun. All sales are final and no refunds will be given due to the fact that products are customized. Images contained in this proof are a representation of the finished products being made. Minor adjustments may occur at the time of printing in order to produce the best finished product possible. This may affect the size or effect of the print. We often use a stylized distressed overlay on t shirts that is difficult to show digitally. Customers are advised to notify Rudis if there is specific request in concern to this statement. All prices for items listed in proof do not include shipping. Shipping charges for orders in Ohio are calculated at 2% of the total order amount. Out of state shipping is calculated at a rate of 2.5% of the total order amount. Production process will begin upon receiving 50% of the total invoice amount (excluding shipping charges) and a signed artwork approval disclaimer document.
