16 18 th of May 2016 In Hoc Signo Vinces Dear participants, we are happy to inform you that 36 researchers from 11 different countries have signed up for our seminar which means that we can look forward to many interesting presentations and fruitful discussions. We are also proud to announce that the Royal Swedish Academy of letters, history and antiquities (Kungl. Vitterhetsakademin) has agreed to co-host the seminar. Due to this we have moved the programme for Monday afternoon to their localities. There we will also be treated to a welcome dinner in their historic house. On Tuesday we will start the day in the auditorium of Armémuseum. After lunch we will visit the silk weaving mill Almgrens which is located in Södermalm. This historic but also very vibrant part of the city offers much to see which is why some free time is scheduled before we meet again at Armémuseum later in the evening. At Tuesday evening s reception, to which the ambassadors from all participating countries have been invited, we will present the newly published proceedings from the previous seminars held in Stockholm. The evening ends with an informal bite to eat in our mess in the galleries.
